My Story Dr Sighn 525's

Arrived at Highgate hospital about 10:40am, was shown to our room at around 11:00am. Luckily we had our own room which i was happy about, Had only been in room 5 mins and Dr Sighn came and had a chat with me, got me to sighn some forms, he then took some photos of me and drew on me. He said i was 3rd on list so would be about hour and half to 2 hours.

Then nurse came to see me, took my blood pressure, got me to take a pregnancy test just to be sure. Then i had to change into the sexy nickers gown and socks. It all started to feel more real then. The anethisist (cant spell it) came to see me and explained what he was going to do.

At 1.15pm the nurse came in and said they was ready for me in Theatre. I walked down and got on the bed, I had the drip put in my arm then i had an horrible taste in the back of my mouth, started to go abit dizzy then i was out.

Woke up to nurse there i asked how it went and she said it went really well. apparently id been asking about my partner but i cant remember that.

Was taken back to room at quater to 3. nurse came and brought me some tea and toast and painkillers. I was sick because of anaethetic but felt loads better after it. nurse came and helped me into my macom bra which did feel quite painfull at first, Had to wait 4 hours before i could leave and i left at 6:45pm. Got a taxi back to hotel. had a decent night sleep which i was suprised at but was really painful when i get in and out of bed. Just waiting to go home now. All in all a fantastic experiance and would defo do it all again. Cant wait to see the finished product when i get my strapping off. Adding some pics in a mo but cant really see much because of starpping will be adding more when strapping is off. Thanks to all girls on here you all helped me so much pre-op couldnt have done it without you. xx

Cant believe it is all over!

My experience yesterday sounds exactly the same as yours. It all went really well, and Mr Singh was fab.

I am now feeling very swollen and sore.. They feel bloody massive at the moment. I went for the 525s in the end. I was a bit shocked when i first saw them. Still not got my head round it totally. But happy that i went ahead with it. I’m just looking forward to them settling down and dropping a bit. They are just so tight at the moment!

Glad everything went well for you. Hope the getting-in-and-out-of-bed-pain gets better! I could barely move this morning!

Glad it went well for you. not gunna lie the pain is worse than i expected it to be but no pain no gain. Yeh im same i cant wait till they look less pointy and drop. not too keen on this strapping too. keep me informed hun on how your healing. xx

Im trying to find that out too hun. Ive been hearing different things off every one. another lass told me 4 days i thought it was a week. Im in a bit of pain but keep taking the pain killers which makes it bearable. just cant wait to get the strapping off now so i can see what they look like x

Do you wear the macom over the tape? Also, did Dr Singh tell you himself to wear a macom? I was told he doesn’t like them but others were told the opposite x

Yeh i asked him, he said you dont have to wear it while the strapping is on but some women feel more comfortable with it on so its up to you. I feel more comfortable with it off. x

the nurse told me to remove the strapping when i get back to hotel x

im gunna give her another ring on monday cos she def said to me on fri to remove it when i get back to hotel but have heard off others to remove it on day 4 x

4 days thats good news to me cos i thought it was a week roll on tuesday! Is it painfull taking it off? x

Mr Singh told me to remove the strapping on day 4 and use a hairdryer on it and this will help it to separate and come off more easily.

You also need to be careful not to remove the dressing over the stitches when you take off the strapping tape. The nurse will take off the stitches dressing when you see her next week.

I’ve heard that some nurses think that Mr Singh’s strapping is over the top, so they just tell girls to take it off as soon as they can. Personally, I would go with what Mr Singh says. The strapping is uncomfortable, but it is holding everything together nice and tight, allowing the under-surface of the boob to heal onto the implant, as well as allowing the incision under the boob to start to knit.

I’m not bothering to wear a bra over the strapping, coz there’s no point. As Mr Singh told me yesterday, the strapping is like your own personal made-to-measure bra. What can be better than that! (Shame its so bloody uncomfortable though… and my nipples feel like they are going to pop…)

Yeh ill be taking mine off on tuesday then. woop cant wait. its not that much uncomfortable at mo just irratating because i wanna see what they look like. Think they feel far apart at mo cant wait for them to hopefully move closer together. x
