Hi ppl im home from havin my ba with mr adamo today.
My admission time was 7.30 we got there well early so went for a look around at all the posh massive houses then went to reception about 7.05am. Lady atreception was very nice then i got taken up to my room at 7.25am, the man that lead us up there explained where things were and wat to do about tea and stuff and how to work the bed and safe and explained who was comin to c me ect… The anesthetist was next to come in and c me who was nice, then the nurse came to check blood pressure and stuff then mr adamo came to double check the size i wanted (i went for 460s) and then he drew on me. I waited for about half hour then i got taken to theatre which is wen i cried wen my partner left to go back to my room. Got put to sleep which seemed to take ages then all i remember is wakin up with the nurse sittin next to me askin if i was ok. It was hard to speak at first coz i was so dopey and tired but i managed to look atthe clock it was 9.55 and at 10.10 i went back to my room. I wasnt in any pain just tightness really and i couldnt move a lot coz u cant use ur arms. 11 o clock i had tea and toast and at 12 ish i had a fruit salad then tea and biscuits then my dinner at around 5.30 ish. The staff r great and bring u tea and food really quickly. My partner managed to have a dinner too which he paid for. Everyone came to c me quite a lot atfirst to check things but then they leave u alone unless u need them.
Good experience and even the car journey home wasnt as bad as i fort it would be the worst thing is roundabouts and sharp turns other than that im not in pain much apart from back ache really and my chest is a bit tight. Hopefully tomo the pain wont be too bad but we shall c.
Anyway just fort i would let everyone know coz its nowhere as bad as u expect it to be xx

Vicky xx
congratulations hun im going on 2nd sep at highgate and cissi good luck for urs im having 460cc aswell under the muscle but not sure whats the difference between high and low profile?x
hollydobson, Hiya hun,,thank u, good luck 4 u too
..I’m goin for under the muscle aswell, they say that it might hurt a bit more but I’m hoping for the best.
High profile implants project the furthest off the chest wall giving u more of a (fake look) a rounder shape, and if u go for low profile u get the more natural look and the implants won’t project as far off the body as other implant types would. Hope this helps. xx
Hi there, CONGRATULATIONS on your new assets hope you ae feeling ok. how did you sleep? xx
kirstyd- Glad to hear that your BA went well and Highgate looked after you very well. My turn next Wednesday, 11th of Aug Babes! I am calm at the moment and I hope to stay calm like when I had my laser eye surgery last Friday! 😳

Like keepmesweet im in on the 11th, good to know the hospital looked after you well.
Keepmesweet have you recieved your time yet???
Afternoon ppl thanks for nice cmments. Fort i would do an update coz things r defo different the day after. Pressure is intense that u feel on ur chest and the pain defo kicks in the 2nd day coz of the drugs wearin off from the day of op. I managed to sleep a little bit last nigt not a lot but have managed to sleep a bit this afternoon. Just had to ring my own dr to get more pain kilers coz the hospital only sent me home ith paracetamol and anti biotics coz i cant have codine and i was dizzy on tramadol so they crossed it off my list. Hopefully the ones my dr is givin me helps androll ona few days wen the pressure goes coz thats the worst bit and its very hard to get up too. I had 460 overs glad i didnt have unders coz they r spose to be more painful.
This might scare some ppl but i dont mean to im just bein honest about things. Make sure u have a god person wth u that can lift u forward and lay u back for the first day or so coz u will need it. I have only had a tiny bit of blood on my dressin but my other half said its dry so its nothin major so hopefully all is healin well just need to sort my pain out and get rid of the pressure and all will be well.
Good luck to any of u havin it done, highgate is great would defo go to that hospital again if needed to.
speak soon
xx
cissi- It must be the year of looking after ME for me! Laser eyes surgery wasn’t nerve racking at all… surgery finished in 20 seconds, off home to sleep for 4 hours then woke up as if nothing happened!
How I wished it is the same for the BA… I guessed it was the skin stretching, but hey anything to look better huh.I am soooo excited! Having read lots of booby stories and seen lots of lovely looking pair, I can’t wait to se for mine.
awww good to hear your doing well kirsty.
How are you finding sleeping upright? I think Im gonna struggle with that. Did the surgeon say anything about massaging them after the op?
