My story. Mr kazzazi, 525cc dual!

Hello ladies, here’s my story,

Stayed in the travel lodge just of motoway in doncaster night before the op, my admission time was 10am, arrived at the hospital, there was on one on reception so took myself off to the ward upstairs and reported to nursing station. Everyone alittle confused to see me. Finally was seen and shown to my room, number12. Was lovely, with a little free gift sat waiting for me. Had only been in the room around 20mins and the anaesthetist came to ask some questions about medical history and what not. Next health care assistant came to do blood pressure and tell me what would happen from here. Around 11.15am Mr Kazzazi come to talk to me and draw on me, said i would be first on list as i was day case and having the biggest implants that day. He is a man of very few words but still felt at ease. So i got myself ready with the lovely gown, knickers and stockings. The staff nurse came in to ask me last questions and make sure all was good to go. Then theatre Nurse came to take me up, this was around 11.45am. As i am a student nurse i think it helped with the nerves so felt fine. Was chatting away to nurse and anaethetist then got a tickle in my throat from the sleep medication and i was gone! When i woke there was a lovely man talking to me, but never opened my eyes to see him, nice voice tho haha. I was in a little bit of pain, but told them i didnt want any more morthine as it make me really sick, so gave me some tramadol. That took the edge off. Dont remember anything from here, other than waking up in my room to my boyfriends voice at around 13.30. Was in and out of sleep a few hours, pain was fine didnt have anymore painkillers just antisickness medication. Mr Kazzazi came to see me at around 17.00. said he was happy. I had a cheese sandwich and soup but couldnt eat them, this time i was sick while getting up for the loo. I had drains in, the left one didnt have anything in but the right one has 20ml first time i looked. Then at around 19.30 it had gone up to 35mls. I asked when i would be ablt to go home and the nurse said they were just handing over to night staff and then the night doc would have to come and say it was ok for me to go home. At around 20.45 the doc came and my right drain was now up to 40mls. He wanted me to stay for another hour and if it had gone up to or above 50mls i would have to stay. Really didnt want too. So 21.45 came and the nurse came in the drain was at 46mls, and she was reluctant to let me leave but told her i wanted too…. so she left to get the things to take drains out… when she came back i was been sick which didnt help her decision to let me go but still did. Ladies please dont worry about having the drains taken out, just a little tugging, thats all… no pain!

Through out the whole day pain wasnt an issue, was fine just achey and sleepy! The worse bit for me was the sickness!

Boobs are all strapped up with just nipples poping out look strange but can see what they will be like in a week or so. Right one a little more swollen then left. Cant wait to get bandaging off!

Sleeping upright a little uncomfortable but manageable! Buy a V pillow….god send!! Drive home was alittle uncomforable on the bends and bumps but otherwise fine! Wouldnt say i needed regular painkillers but guna take them anyways just to keep on top of it.

If you have any questions at all please ask, not taken any post op pitcures yet but will on it tonight. Not that you can see much.

CB my friend coming up tonight so will get post op pictures. As soon as i got them up ill send them on. Hope everything settles for you hunny, I no things will get worse before they get better for me! I had dual! x

mine bloody bad enough having normal im here with the ice packs lol xx

well, you can either have behind the muscle or infront of the muscle, dual means that he has cut the muscle its self and made a pocket in there to put the implant. this way it wont look as round as overs, but i needed the fill on the left breast so had to have dual. you will see from my pictues…..x x
