My Story of New Boobies

Hello Girlies,

I found this site really useful before my op so wanted to share my story with other girls to share my experience.

My Surgery was in May with Dr Kazzazi at Park Hill Hospital. Firstly I would like to say that he is one of the best surgeons to my knowledge, i believe he is surgical director of MYA, you are in good hands with him. At my first consultation he was quite brief and seemed a bit short of time, but he is a very busy man so you must trust his advice. Im a born worrier so had a bout a billion questions to ask, bless him! He offered me 300cc, 340cc and 380cc. He recommended 340cc as 300 would be no point really and 380cc may ripple under the muscle as it would have been a really tight squeeze.

I decided to have 340cc as I wanted to have a nice set of boobs but didnt want to risk rippling or stretch marks etc. The nurse also advised that it is better to go too small than too big, and I got the impression that there was a calculated risk of rippling etc if i went with the biggest implants offered.

I am now a D cup, 34d sports bra and 32dd normal bra. You are meant to wear a bigger chest sports bra, i.e. 34 if ur usually 32 for your scars.

Pain wise…not anything like I expected..only one or 2 days of discomfort and only pain was in hospital on night I had op. Altho this pain was not unbearable at all, it was more my inner chest where the ends of the drains were. In hospital I had Morphine, paracetomal and another strong pain killer. I would therefore recommend been a night case to anyone and I know Dr Kazzazi also prefers this. This is because I had pain relief at 2am and think pain would have come on a lot if not given morphine which you cant take at home obviously. This night was only real pain I had..but not unbearable at all. I was also given a course of Voltarol and cocodomal to take home. you take Voltoral to help prevent swelling too much, altho this made me have stomach cramps and feel realy sicky so stopped taking it after couple of days. Cocodomal I took for few days after to prevent and stop twinges etc (just knock you out, hardly any twinges more preventative!)

Feels like I have had them forever, perfect size, they look natural, and are a finger space apart (didnt want a far apart wide clevage look). I have tryed normal bra as i wanted to just see what they looked like and They do look quite huge with 32dd hard lined (not really padded) balconette bra, so can get natural or fake look I think. Going to wear sports bras still in day at work for comfort still.

I was 32aa before op, and i would say 32dd or 34d now. I am 5’6 and size 8. I would say if you want a massive fake look and have similar stats maybe bigger implants would be right for you, but if you want big boobs that look natural but fake at same time (if that makes sense!!) and are scared of rippling etc like I was, then in my opinion and experience 340cc has been perfect.

I have pics on my blackberry,although internet network has broke so cant upload pics, but could send you pic via mms (not loads of ppl tho as itl cost me loads lol). gettin it fixed soon so will put on computer i week or 2!

Key advice: 1. Dr Kazzazzi. Trust him and ask him key questions. 2. Do everything you are recommended after surgery to ensure full aftercare and healing. Do the bum shuffle to get off chairs/bed etc, dnt use arm strengh for first 1-2 weeks, dnt drive for 2 weeks, dnt work 4 2 weeks, keep sports bra on and dnt fiddle with dressing or get it wet. (use babywipes or damp flannel to clean underarms etc) and shallow bath. 3. Take pain killers if yu feel twinges to prevent pain. 4. Be a night case so you have allnight care for first night. 5. Do what will make you happy…You only live once!

Hi Laura, wow congrats on your new boobs! sounds like you loved the experience I’m really pleased for you. I am booked in at manchester on the 21st (2 weeks today!!!) with Mr Aurakzai. I pretty much got the exact same size advice with regards to rippling etc and I have also gone with the 340cc, its very reassuring to know how happy you are with the results you have got, I hope I love mine just as much xxx

Bet yuu cant wait! Im sure you will be happy! What stats are you now hun? When you wake up after op they dnt look as big as you think they would do, i kept asking the nurse if they were big enough! But its because they are taped down and also they get bigger over first 6 weeks or so if under muscle (its called fluffing).

Hi Laura, I had a consultation with Mr Kazzazi yesterday and he said 340cc for me too as, like you, any bigger I would be at risk of rippling. I’ve booked to have mine done end of Sept and I’m really excited after reading about your experience. My stats are the same as yours: 5’6, size 8, 32aa. Please could I see your pics too? hi laura!! sounds like he did an amazing job. You are def right there, 340cc are the perfect size.

i too had 340cc last september through transform, from a 34b and now a 32f. and they are perfect size for me and can be made to look big n fake or small.

Mine sound big being an f but they only look a d-dd in clothes. X

Hey, wow you’ve put my mind at rest a little, I’m booked with Mr Kazzazi on the 1st August and I’m terrified, really want it doing but having nightmares of all the things going wrong!!!! I have 3 kids, 11,7 and 3 which is making me feel extra guilty about it all! You are same stats as me and Mr Kazzazi advised 325cc unders and I agreed with him, the others seemed a little big for what I was after. One is what they look like in a bra the other is topless. 5 weeks post op now . gt measured on wednesday and im 32dd/32e and a 34d in M&S they are wierd fittings in there lol. bra in pic is 32e frm Primark lol..best place tu look!!

Oooooh i also forgot tu mention to pre op girls if yu go on breast enlargements discounts website you get £500 off yur op oh and best place for sports bras is Primark they are much comfier than tesco ones!

Congrats u sound so pleased I have my ba on the 27th july with chantarsak and a consultation with him tomoz don’t know what size cc’s to have ur similar stats to me is it poss to see ur pics to see how they are after 300cc I’m so nervous and worried about sizes stacey x

Search ‘Laura Coates’. ive got 340cc, if you have same stats as me i wouldnt go smaller than 340 hun, Kazzazi told me there wudnt be much point having 300cc. I think yuu mite be disappointed with size if you had 300cc. Mine jus looked like an average size after op but seemed to bloom more now. I’m 32dd/e and a 34d in M&S so i think you would only achieve a C with 300cc. has he offered you 300cc and 340cc hun? xx

hello misslaura, i am hopefully booking with Dr Kazzazi for the 2nd week in sept, i am 12stone, 5f6 with broard shoulders and wide ribcage (gosh sound like a cave women haha) he has offered me 460 overs or 525 partcials…im thinking of going with the 525cc. you have reassured me about Dr Kazzazi as my consultation was short and sweet but told me what i needed to no…. please could i see your pictures…… no to compare with me but to see his work. hope you dont mind me asking.
