my story so far…

I hope I don’t bore anyone with this long essay but thought id share my story with you. I arrived at Highgate yesterday morning at 8am, 1hr earlier than my admission as I had a 3hr drive and thought it would be wise to allow extra time for traffic etc.I was shown to room 305 at 8.50am where they informed me this wasn’t going to be my room overnight, I was there until another room on the 1st floor was ready. By 10am MR C came in and marked me up checked what size I was having then left, followed by a nurse who then shown us down do my new room 206, by the time id blinked I was gowned up, socks and sexy paper nics on and visited by Anesthetist who ran through all my allergies and took me to theatre for 11.20am… where I backed out had a panic attack and down sized my implants lol ended up with 350cc low profile overs.

Anyways woke up next to ‘lovelylady’ who was in recovery room with me chatting away and I was so out of it still, only knows what we were talking about lol (sorry lovelylady)!!

went back to room where I was gutted to find out I was all bandaged up and couldn’t see my new boobies:(

I did experience lots of pain especially my left boob, but with morphine, tramadol and diclofenac eased it slighly, not all at once mind lol

woke up this morning at 4am to go to loo and nearly fainted so nurse sat with me for about 10mins fanning me down and decided to take bandages off.

WOW! I FINALLY OWN A PAIR OF BOOBIES. WAHOO! Im now officially in the boobie club!

I left the hospital about 9.30am this morning and got back home at 1pm so now chilling on the sofa.

I will upload some photos but having few probs at mo!

But I would like to thank all the staff at Highgate they were so efficent and friendly I would highly recommend Highgate to anyone.

drive wasnt too bad, but slept for 4hrs this afternoon and feel sooooooooo sick now! feels like ive been punched all around my boobs and bra strap! suppose to be getting the the train tomorrow to my home town so my mum can look after me coz my hubby got to work, but right now i couldnt think of anything worse! Anybody else post op feel the same?

holybol dont be nervous, i wasnt at all nervous, the whole procedure is a piece of cake! i just suffer with reactions to tablets hence the sicky feeling. u will be just fine xxx
