well girls i had my ba done on 24th aug so tuesday at hightgate with Mr C my admission time was 8am i got there a little early, i was shown to my room by a nurse who ran through all the info about the room. then mins after Mr C came in took some photos and put his print on me and told me there are a few people in front of me then he left, next was the nurse who done all my obs and the gentleman who is knocking me out lol so there i am thinking its going to be a few hours yet and then in walks the nurse and says they are ready for me now 10.10 yikes this is where i burst into tears and started to panic… i walked down with the nurse having saying a tearful goodbye to my husband, i got into the room and led on the bed i was talking to a lovely lady called joanne she will put you at ease, the next min im led there waking up cant breath well i can its just so heavy on my chest im given a jab in my leg i think was anti sickness as i was feeling very sick and was given 2 tablets i looked at the clock and its 11.20 i dont think i was a sleep for a sec.
Anyway im then wheeled to my room to be greeted by my worried faced husband im in and out of sleep all day really fighting it to be honest i was fine breathing through my nose but to speak it hurt i kept having hot flushes all day so had nurse and husband fanning me. once i was awake i had a ham sarnie i felt ok once had something to eat.
next thing its 7pm tea time you can ask for your tea when you like we had 3 course and it was really nice my husband stayed with me for his food and he loved it you can ask for as many cups of tea as you like for you and your partner. so next my husband is leaving 9pm and im going to try to get some sleep, that did not happen couldnt sleep well at all so i was awake at 5.30am. the nurse came in at 6.10am took my bandages off put my bra on and then said i could go home around 9.30. so then my husband came in at 7 we had a full english breakfast and left with my tablets to come home.
so im home i cant sleep to well and really dizzy so i phoned the nurse who told me to stop the co codomol these are very strong and made me so ill, now 6 days on i have some tightness in one boob the sports bra is driving me mad itchy etc but i am soooooooooo Happy with my new assets it was worth every bit of worrying i love them, xxx
