My Story – Sunday 15th May – 460mhp unders – Mr Kazzazi

All done and dusted! I’ve read so many great booby stories on here and I can’t believe it’s finally my turn to write one!

Sunday 15th May..

Anyways…after a very hungry, thirsty morning we got to Highgate at 10am and were shown to the room around 10:30. The nurse came in to check my blood pressure, weight and height around 10:45 ..things seemed to be moving really quickly!! I waited nervously but VERY excited when Mr Kazzazi came in around 11:15-ish. He didn’t seem surprised when I opted for the 460’s rather than the 410’s lol Lovely guy..he drew on me and said he’d see me in theatre…OMG it was really happening now!

The anaesthetist came in around 11:45 and said it would be less than an hour, and sure enough I went down to theatre about 12:30. You think it’s going to be the longest wait of your life but they were the quickest 2.5 hours ever with so many people coming and going to your room..just the way I wanted it!

Walked straight into theatre and climbed onto the operating table..bit freaky going straight in there rather than to a anaesthetic room lol

After a couple of attempts the managed to fit the canula into the top of my wrist, the lady anaesthetist just said ‘Have a nice sleep’ and about 10-15 secs later I was gone!! I just remember coming ‘to’ a few times in recovery, then when I was wheeled back to my room about 2:15pm ..God I was SOOOOOO pleased to see my bf when I opened my eyes for the first time. I dozed until 4pm, woke a couple of times but couldn’t focus on anything, wierd lol

Took until about 5pm to come round properly..The staff at Highgate were lovely, nothing too much trouble. Mr K came in to see me about 7:30 and said things had gone very well..such a relief to hear.

He said I could go home, but there was NO way I was leaving that bed, I was so weak and sleepy I couldn’t have moved an inch.. it took me all my energy to go for a wee!

Had my drains and canula removed about 7am this morning, wasnt looking forward to having them pulled out but they didnt hurt, it was just a strange sensation.

For all you pre-op girls out there, enjoy every step of the experience..it’s been amazing for me and the day flies past so quickly. I’m thrilled with the results so far, hope they settle perfectly over the next few weeks too!

Oh, and my right boob is squelching good and proper already lol x

Lovely kezza really nice to hear! Glad your happy with your choice, im having 460’s too, did u have drains? And as the surgeon said you could go home but you stayed, were you booked in as an overnight case anyway? Just curious thanks staceyx x

I was booked as an overnight yes, was glad..although if I’d have wanted to they prob would have let me stay anyway i reckon.

Yes, had drains which they removed this morning. Think it helped as there was fluid which drained from both sides, not much, but enough to make the swelling less i suppose x

Ooooooo interesting thank you, they look sooooo fab already and not mahosive on your frame which is same as mine so im more excited now for 460’s :)x x x x

Thanks fairydust..they felt comfy this morning and last night, but tonight they feel very tight, maybe cos the swelling’s pumping them up!

It’s just the skin trying to stretch to cope with the implants hun. It will get better. x

OK thanks, getting pain now and again but generally ok, needing help to do pretty much everything from standing up to adjusting my pillows. They feel SOOOOO rock hard!x

Feeling tender and bruised today but overall the pain is very manageable. It hurts most when I stand up after sitting, like the blood rushes to your boobies or something and leaning forward is a no-no right now. Most comfortable sitting propped up on the sofa with my v-pillow. Last night was my first night at home, slept in exactly that position on the sofa and lasted about 5/6 hours which was good. Dont know what I’d do without my bf, he’s been a god-send xx

Aww good at least ur having help. Sleeping is the thing im dreading most. I love my sleep nd sleeping sitting up will be a nightmare. Keep ya feet up huni. x
