my story tuesday 7th of sept

just thought i would put my story on as reading others made me feel at ease. I arrived at london highgate 7:00 am with my fiance (admission time was half past). i fiiled out paperwork in waiting room, then was taken up to my room, where i was for like 10mins before nurse came in and measured me for sock and took bp etc. then i had to get chnged into gown, pants and socks before DR C came in finalised on the size of 525cc from a flat a/b, he did his drawings then left.

So i was sat watching telly untill nurse came to get me between half 8 and 9. laid on the surgeons table (taking deep breathes as i was very nervous) then had my anathestic.

Next thing i remeber was waking up in the recovery room talking to a lovely nurse been warmed up by hot air, i coudlnt really feel any discomfort, was then given an injection for pain relief which was amazing it lasted all day and night hardly felt anything.

I wtched tv and chilled for the day till i was discharged at 4ish and went to a hotel.

Woke up the next morning feeling abit achey and stiff so took painkillers but it wasnt unbearable at all just heavy on my chest.

the only thing im concerned about is that im not as big as i thought i would be wearing 34dd bra thought would be an E but it may change after swelling has gone down and they have dropped properly. other than that ive had no sickness and feel amazing 1 day post op, would go through it again if i had to so dont feel nervous eveyone is different hope this helps sorry its long

glad it helped you, its nice to read others because everyone is different and reacts differently to surgery i know you can hear scary stories so thought would put a nice one up, will let you know how good they are once swelling and bruising goes down.
