my surgeon said I must squeeze and begin to massage my boobs im scared though:/

anyone feel like this??5 weeks post op check 36 days post op eeek…im scared to squeeze them incase they move out of place lol but my surgeon said i should get my bf to push them together and i should massage them to soften them eeeek im scared
