My time is coming and I am bricking it!

15th june is my turn! I’ve waited for 5years for this but now its coming im sooo scared!

The things I am worried about it the walking down to the theatre and being put to sleep!! Every thing else I’m not the slighest bit worried about!

Help!

you will be fine honestly,the staff will put you at your ease and youll be asleep before you know it,youll look under the covers when you wake up, and you wont be able to stop smiling,it will be a breeze honest,x

I’m scared of those bits too! I won’t be able to stop shaking knowing me! xx

Chichi,I was really worried about the anaesthetic too,that was the worst thought for me and the day before my op I just felt sick and on edge.But it’s honestly nothing to worry about,Mya’s pre-op screening process seems to be really thorough and the GA is over so quickly that u’ll wonder what all the fuss was about! U’ll be fine hon xx

I had my ba on friday and as I never had general before I was panicking like mad. Was briliant hun. Best expierience ever- don’t worry it will be just fine x

On my way to the hospital now eeee! I’m just bothered about the pain after I’ve been put to sleep with gas b4 and I woke up and felt like I’d been out for a couple of seconds and by the sounds of it sounds like it will be pretty similar lol xx

Hey .. I’m 4 days post op .. I wasn’t scared one bit about the surgery or anything afterwards I was just panicking I wouldn’t wake up.. It was my biggest fear and I had never had aneathesitic bfore which made me more worried because I didn’t know how I would react to it .. But honestly the people around you put you at ease so much and talk to you to calm you down.. Nxt minute your awake! It is actually the best experience ever I loved it, sit back relax and enjoy the day, I did xxx
