Dear ladies, please say your prayers for me as It’s finally my turn Wednesday morning – following a slight hiccup shall we say back in April. I am shitting myself (needless to say) and my stomach is churning already! Any final words for me? Prayers perhaps? Things to remember? Funny anecdotes? Anything to ease my worry would be amazing. Thanking you all kindly in advance, Anna xx
Anna everything will be fine. The op is a breeze and you’ll be awake with new boobs before you know it
The best thing you can do now is get organised, get everyhting you need for the hospital, make arrangements for work/ childcare etc, and arrange your house so you can easily get things you need when you come home – i found it handy to have all my clothes for the week in a pile by my bed so i just took whatever was on the top. Good luck xxx
Its a piece of cake hun xxxxx Enjoy the experience and day x
Final words – BAZONGAS!!!!
Hey newboobies, I think I am organised! My after-care is going to be rather traumatic though me thinks. Boyfriend is coming down from Brum Weds afternoon after the op to pick me and my best mate up. He’s then taking us back to Telford where I am going to stay with my bezzie until the weekend. Then the BF is going to pick me up and take me back to his for a week to look after me. Needless to say that’s going to be fairly interesting as he doesn’t deal well with the idea of having to tie my hair up ec. When I told him he had to learn how to do it, you should have seen his face! It was a picture! So I have the flat clean and ready for my return to London Sunday 24 July, with cups etc down low and enough comfy clothes to sink a ship. Reckon I am prepared…. (ish). Thank you though, I am shitting it slightly less now thanks to you! xxx
Piece of cake Cuks? Lol. Well I bloody hope so.. and I will be messaging you all once I am awake from the dead to fill you in on the experience. Cannot wait for the new boobs though, just hope they’re how I want them to be! 265 high profile inspira responsives yes yes yes, whoop whoop! xx
It’s not as breezy as you think. You wake up happy but I was very sick on the first night throwing up all night today is day two po and it’s been very sore. I’m not trying to worry you I’m just wishing I’d Been more prepared for the pain. My husband kept saying I was going to suffer and I ignored him. I am still happy and glad I did it but please be prepared for the worst bits x

You’re welcome hun. It’s good you have the other half to look after you no matter how useless he might be haha. Mine was like that but by the end of day 3 he was washing my hair, rubbing moisturiser into my skin and everything bless him
Ops are always scary but honestly, you’ll be fine xx
Yeah that’s the thing anchovie I am prepared for the pain which is why I guess I am really anxious! I’m just going to make sure I do nothing but rest, take my pain killers and relax relax relax/ Plus a bit of Luther to keep me company should do the healing trick nicely! xx
Thanks Royle… appreciate your post! I’ll fill you in on it all after the op.. newboobies – Let’s hope the BF comes up trumps.. not holding out much hope though! xx

I told my husband I would have to sleep upright for about a week or maybe even 2 and he just laughed….I’m going to be in such great hands when I have mine….LOL

Good luck for wednesday hun and don’t forget your V pillow, apparently it’s good for sleeping upright and for putting across you when you put the seatbelt on.
It sounds like you’ll be going a few places in the car after your op hun.
Enjoy YOUR day. Xx
Good luck for wednesday,xxx
Thanks ladies.. unfortunately my v pillow is in Telford waiting for me when I get back up there so I am going to have to just work out a comfortable way (or not) of wearing the seatbelt! Any hand hints without v-pillow would be appreciated. I’m going back in a comfy 4×4 though so not too bad I supppose…. I am still feeling sick with worry. Bleh…. I hate nerves! xxx
