    Hi

I’m booked for my BA tomorrow having 460cc’s….

I have been given an admission time of 12 at highgate hospital but find this strange as I am a day case and everyone else I read about who is a day case seems to have early admission times….. I am thinking maybe they have got the day case and night case mixed up as initially I was down as a night case but cancelled it and changed to a day case… If this is correct and my admission time is 12 then I don’t expect i’ll get out of hospital till much later on in the evening…

If anyone has any information on this I’d be very grateful….

Also is there anything specific that I need to take with me to hospital?

    Thanks

    xx :D

hi, I was night case at highgate last wednesday, admission time 2.30pm, went down for op just before 6pm, woke up in recovery at about 8.30pm (although I had uplift and BA so op might have taken more time).

oh and things to take to hospital, magazines and book as there is alot of waiting around, socks or slippers to walk down to theatre, I was really thirsty afterwards so I would suggest some water for your journey home. A top which you can button or zip up.

Hi lucky! My admission time was 7.30am (had mine last Tues). I saw my surgeon just b48 and the anaethetist and was in recovery at 11.40am. No hanging around for me!! Feeling good, hardly need to take any pain killers. The only thing is I’m a bit “tight” and could really do with leaving the sports bra off but, it’s been worth it – they look gr8!! x x x

By the time you read this, you will have probably have had them done – so hope all goes well and enjoy!!!!!
