MY TURN TOMORROW – MR TRAYNOR,MANCHESTER – SO SCARED!

Hi Girls,

Well it’s finally my turn tomorrow and I feel like it’s just suddenly hit me that this is actually happening and I’m having an operation tomorrow!I’m really scared of pretty much everything!I’m worrying about the needle in my hand, of being put under anaesthetic and of the pain afterwards – the whole experience really ha I think it’s going to feel surreal!
Please girls who have already had their BA reassure me that I’m going to be ok!! I really don’t want to ruin my experience by feeling like this but I really am a worrier and just hoping I can keep myself calm!!I am so nervous I feel like my heart is pounding just thinking about it I will be a wreck by the morning!
Pretty sure I’m going to go with what Mr Traynor suggested which is 340cc as that was the biggest he wanted me to have although I asked my PC to order 380s even though he doesn’t want me to have them and he’s the expert so I should leave it to him. Just hoping they will be a good size!

In a few weeks you’ll be like what was i doing with all the worry. Its a pretty fun experience, i miss it all hehe……………. i’m weird i know

Awwwww honestly jmc you’ll be fine, it’s only natural to be nervous.

I had never had an op or a ga before, although i have had 3 children and having a ba is way way better than child birth!!!

Just try and relax, take deep breaths and try and enjoy the experiance, as before you know it, you wake up and have boobies. Such a great feeling when you first see them!

Jmc89. Hun I am in the hospital as we speak. I had my ba at 1.30 today. I am suprised how good I feel. Please try not to worry I know its easy for people to say that but honestly.
The worst part by far was the waiting. Like you I was nervous about the anasthetic but it was fine a little prick in the hand and then the next thing I know I was waking up. With a huge sigh of relief. Haha.
I am now lying in hospital after eating tea and biscuits and tea and toast. Honetly hun don’t worry, try and enjoy it and it will be over befor you know it.

Hey Milly, thanks for those reassuring words – I got a call today to say my admissiontime has been brought forward from 2pm to 11am!! So the panic set in again but hearing about your experience has just made me feel better ))) x x

Thanks a lot for ur messages of support girls!Trying to stay as calm as I can!Can’t believe it is actually happening just keep trying to focus on happy things like what I’m going to feel like buying nice bras and wearing a bikini on holiday ha I know it sounds daft but it’s helping me a little bit!Keep your fingers crossed for me girls I really am so nervous ha let you know how I get on soon as I can xxx

Thanks jessolly I went for the 285cc in the end and mr adamo seemed to think I had made the right choice. At the moment they are hard and cone like. But I already love them and think they will be great when they soften.
Were your quite cone like to start with? Thanks for all your help jessolly. X

good choice yeah mine looked pointy to start with and quite small, but now they are a nice shape and really soft! Just had my 6wk post op appointment and my nurse was really pleased and said they looked great and really natural How are you feeling? xxx

please try not to worry the worst bit is the waiting i went into manchester lifestyle yesterday for my ba everybody is really nice which helps you relax i went to theatre at 11am just a little needle and your straight to sleep next thing i knew i was in recovery and back to my room for 1.15pm eating biscuits and drinkin tea i even came home at 7 pm its been a little painfull but to be honest not as bad as i thought the pain killlers are good so good luck you will be fine : )

Hi jessolly. I feel a lot better than I thought I would I’m quite suprised. I feel a bit tight and restricted but apart from that I’m fine as long as all my movements are slow.
Glad to hear you are doing well. When can you start wearing nice bras? What size have you ended up? Yeah I can wait for mine to soften a bit.
When did yours start to soften? X

mine started to get softer after bout 2/3 wks, but now, as if over night, they have just gone super super soft, the nurse couldnt believe how soft they were when she saw me today lol. Im in a 32c or 32d/30dd bra depending where i get a bra from what size are you wearing at the mo hun? I can start wearing normal bras now WAHOOO!! lol, and i can go braless too, cant wait to go out sun night with a nice bra lol xxx
