MYA Bras

Wanted to buy the MYA recovery bra but can’t find a way to do that online. Is it just from the hospital you can buy them?! Also when it comes to buying recovery bras pre-op how do you guess the size? I’m currently a 32A and am having 350/375cc HP unders, would I be right in thinking just medium sized sports bras would be a good choice? 3 weeks to go and I feel so unprepared!

i bought a medium sized Macom bra and an M&S sports bra, i took them both to the hospital with me on the day of my op so i could wear the one that was most comfortable. my Macom was too tight M&S one was much better.
my Natural size before op was 34C, and I had 350 overs. Macom was very tight around the width band for me after the op.
M&S i brought in a band width a size bigger than my usual size, so i bought a 36DD and it felt fine around the band, but tight on my breasts so just got another one yesterday size 36 E and it feels perfect. M&S deffo more comfortable than Macom, make sure you go up a size on your band width so the bra doesnt dig in on your incisions. xx

Get them from your pc but I haven’t had the best experience with them, would recommend Macom or m and s bras xx
