Am so happy with my experience with Mya in Cardiff. Deborah Lazarou is wonderful I cannot thank her enough for all the care and help she has given me through out. Since the start of my experince there she has arranged 4 appointments with different surgeons as i was not sure as to what size I wanted to be and also wanted it done a.s.a.p which also was alot to arrange but never was a problem!. She assisted me every time and sorted it all out so quickly for me it was brilliant.I had a call to wish me well for my opp just before Christmas and also made sure I had all relevant contacts to be able to get hold of her , nurses and other staff etc should I need them after at all and I just felt like they all really care about you it is just lovely!
If you buy new car the sales reps are all too happy to assist you before hand then the after care is rubbish! At MYA Cardiff they never stop assisting you and helping, checking you are ok etc. Just been for my 1 week check up with nurse and am so happy with my whole experience. Thankyou to Deborah for such a warm welcome when I first went in October and all the help you have given and care you have shown and still are!! Fantastic. Cannot say thankyou enough!! Your all wonderful there and any girls out there Girls out there I highly recoment MYA and am thrilled with my results. (kitty LLewellyn) xx
