My nearest clinic will be Brighton but I know the actual hospital is in London. What the name or address of hospital? I can’t find it on the Mya website.
Whats the limit of how far away you can live to not stay overnight?
Do you need to see the surgeon the day after?
Has anyone got any experience with Brighton clinic?
Whats the usual price difference between daycase and overnight?
Hi Hun.. I had my initial consultation at the Brighton Clinic with Victoria and had my surgeon consultation with my surgeon Mr Chantarasak at Holborn which is not far from Covent Garden I think.. Surgery is booked at Highgate which is North London. They like you to stay over night or at least in a hospital close by after surgery over night incase of any emergency. I was quoted £4250 for a overnight stay and BA.. Day case is £3850.. There are late discount and friend referral discounts available aswell.. I think you see your nurse a week after your surgery.. I’m not sure if I know anymore hun.. Xxxx
I didn’t mean a hospital close by I meant a hotel.. Lol dohh!! Xxxxx
Hi ya, I went through Brighton clinic and delt with Victoria who is bloody brilliant!!
I had my op at the fitzroy hospital in london, they also use higate too.
To meet my surgeon I had to go to the Holborn clinic in London this was to have my meeting with Mario Russo and when I had my one week check up.
I didn’t stay at the hospital, I stayed at a hotel near by, you don’t need to see anyone the next day so u could go home but it is a long day so of u are mote than a 1hour drive away I would maybe stay in London, it reassured me that of anything did happen over night I was close enough to pop back of I needed too.
Any other questions let me know xx
I also had my first consultation with Victoria at Brighton clinic who was lovely, I then met my surgeon Mr Singh and the nurse at Holborn clinic in London and then my surgery at the Fitzroy in Central London.
I was a day case as it saved me a lot of money and I needed to get back for my kids, If you have the Fitzroy hospital I’ll warn you the things i didn’t know and hated finding out last week when I wne for my surgery.
-They have no car park of thier own, the closest car park costs £34-£36 for the day and £30 for 12 hours, The congestion charge is genrally £10 and the bloody green zone charge which I had never heard of (because we have a truck) was £100
-They tell you all to get there for 7.30am, this doesn’t mean thats the time you’ll have your surgery, Mr Singh likes everyone getting there together thens puts everyone on a list that I was number 6 so meant leaving mine at 4.30am to get there in time and then waitng almost 12 hours until my surgery with not being allowed to drink/eat.
Sorry for the moaning other than this I’m very happy, I love my boobs and love Mr Singhxxxx
I never had to see the surgeon after my op as I was only a day case but they did say he would usually see me, I had my first follow upappointment with the nurse today at the brighton clinic (I had to push to change appointment from london to brighton) to have my bandaged removed and have to see my surgeon again in about 5 weeks time in the Holborn office.
I was told the price difference If I wanted to stay the night would be an extra £500. xx
