MYA is a joke!!

Im so angry i cud scream sat in traffic 4 an hour and half to get to the Manchester clininc to be told there is an hour wait which im thinkin is goin to be a lot longer than that!!! nearly every time ive been here i have had to wait over an hour!! im so annoyed cos my pc never returns my calls or replies to my txts, now mya have my money they dont give a toss!!! its a good job this is my last visit hopefully for the surgeon to sign me off coz the after care is appaulin wen u think how much u hav paid x

Each clinic must me different Hun, I’m with Leeds clinc I’m 5 days po opp and they have been amazing before and after I hope it continues xxx

awww thats awful, the only moan i have about mya is they rang 2 ask me when i would be paying, even though i already had, really got my heart going…

hope everything is ok with u though and its just crappy aftercare and not boobs xx

I had a 35-40 min wait when I met my surgeon for the first time was bit annoyed but overall wimpole street Mya was amazing especially Nadja Collin!

I was at Manchester on Monday and surprisingly it was dead. Just me and another girl. That’s the first time I have ever seen it so quiet. Normally it’s chaos. Apart from this occasion Ive always had a long wait. One time there were people sat on the floor because there were no seats left.

Manchester clinic need bigger premesis and more staff. X

I haven’t hardly heard anything since I’ve paid don’t even no wa profile my implants are xx

Well in the end i spoke to the manager at the clinic after waiting 1hr and 30 mins. She apologised and managed to slot me in to see Mr Traynor, when i saw him i was in with him for no longer than 5 mins. I left my house at 5.30pm and didnt get home until 9.15pm and i only live in Warrington which isnt that far really. Now that i have seen Mr Traynor fingers crossed i shouldnt have to go back as that was my 3 month check up. Funnily enough still havent had a call nback or response to my voice mail i left for my pc but dont want to name any names just dissapointed.

Also a friend is having her BA on 19th with Mr Traynor ( who may i add is brilliant) and asked if i would get £100 for recommending her and was told by her pc no as she has had a disscount for booking so soon. Bit unfair if you ask me but the maanger of the Manchester clinic said i should get it 1 month after my friends procedure and she will look into it and i will be updated. We’ll see….. xx

Well it seems MYA Manchester have still not got their act together, seeing as those posts were from 3 months ago! waited 40 mins 1st visit and 1 hr 10 mins to see surgeon on 2nd visit, I thought private clinics would not keep you waiting so long!!

Sorry to hear about rubbish service, I’m not gonna moan a few things have pee’d me off with mya but I won’t even get into it. Just wanted to say I was told even though I used a discount code my friend that recommended me will still get her money, not sure if it’s same with late space or other discounts tho x

Its def dif with every clinic, holborn in london is amazing, onli rarely a wait, went harly street n fuck me it was a 2 hour wait n I had 2 sit on the floor as there wernt enough seats!! People were literally walking out!! Xx

i waited 3hours in holben to see Mr Singh.. nobody got in touch with me to let me no! im 5days PO been tryin since to get hold of my PC phoning and emailing and she finaly emailed me back today .. no1 has phoned to see if everything went ok after op like i thought they were suposed to? seein the nurse on friday so im hoping that goes ok! my experience with MYA has been more bad than good .. alot of mistakes with appointment changing and having to take more time off work because of this.. and more money spent on train travel to get there! also my op was changed from day case to night ther mistake not mine.. yet stil had to pay extra! and a few more things bt this is an essay already so wont go into them lol! BUT i am lovin my boobs so far.. apart from my swollen nips haha ! x

I go to holborn too and have had great service. Never a wait more than 15 mins and my pc and nurse called me the day after my op. Sorry to hear it’s is bad but just thought I’d write this as I don’t want new comers to get a bad idea only x

Manchester are terrible! I’ve had the same issues and after a 2 and a half train journey it aint good enough! x
