Mod I’ve emailed Lizzie a couple of times and phoned but I can’t get in touch with her.

I really need answers to my questions so that I can book the time off work.

Also, I have another appointment with Mr Traynor next Thursday at 7.45pm – can you find out for me what time I actually need to be there as having another pre-op too??

Sorry to have to bother you but there’s no other way when we can’t get in touch with anyone!!
