MYA MOD dissappointed about mya after care reinbursment and friend referal

had my op 4 weeks yesterday was told straight after my op i would have my rebursment back on travel and parking tickets next day still no answer i am fuming fact b4 i paid for the op wen i needed money out the accounts did instant transfer on same day but now they owe me i keep getting put off sayin still gotta wait for accounts to sort it also still left no food for my 3 kids they told me to reli on them now my kids r suffering for 4 weeks and its a lot of money i am waiting on also due my friend referal if MYA mod can please sort this out i would be more gratefull

Expenses take a while. Mine took a month!x

So far mya have been fantastic the surgery went well just they knew if I had my surgery early would of left me skint they assured me it be sorted asap they need to explain that to my 8 year old my 6 year old and my 20 month old why they only got beans on toast for past 4 weeks my next pay day is end of month

Does anyone else think priorities are wrong here.

Surly kids come first.
