Mya mod my pc is away for 3 months but my date confirmation is the wrong date?

Who do I contact plz?? Paid my deposit and originally wanted 18th December but spoke to my pc 2 weeks ago and changed the date to the 11th December. But my confirmation letter has just arrived saying its booked for the 18th December at Preston with mr Russo. I really dot want to wait till Jemma from Leeds gets back in 3 months to sort the date out as the 11th could be fully booked by then if you know what I mean. Thanks if you can help xxx
