Mya mod, please help

Hi mya mod, Ive been trying to get confirmation on a date to get my pip implants removed and replaced, which were put in by mya, but every time i call the office i get told the person i need isnt available or they will call back, etc, which they usually dont. Then even when i get to speak to the person i want they dont call back when they say they will. I hate comin on here moaning but its really important to me to get a date set so that i can arrange annual leave, and for other people to sort annual leave, etc, who will be helpin out with my kids. I understand they are busy with new patients, but i also paid my money for this service 4 years ago. Many thanks x

I will look into this for you but users should be able to reply to messages please check that you have written in the subject box as often this doesn’t work if the subject box isnt filled in.

Alternativeley, please can you email info@mya.co.uk?.

Or call 08000 14 10 14 and ask to speak to the MYA forum moderator please.

If I was you lozzalooloo,I would call the number that way you will be able to give your details and hopefully get a date sorted,they can’t do a thing to help you if they don’t have your details,they will be just as worried about this as you are.xxx

Hi mya mod, again noone called me today despite my calling several times and being told someone would get back to me, im feeling very dissapointed with the service from mya right now, its extremely frustrating and seems noone is taking my sense of urgency seriously to have these PIP implants taken out and replaced.
