Hi MYA Mod – I sent an urgent email to Katy at Cardiff last night needing to speak to her by 11am today.

Is there any way you can pass on the message that I’ll be calling her today by 11am – or if you know if she’s in the office today?

Mod I really need you to get the message to Lizzie that I have emailed. She is out of the office more than she is in… I don’t want to get to the end of today only to find out she hasn’t been in and my email hasn’t been read.

Either that or please find out who is dealing with my case at head office and ask them to ring me URGENTLY! x

I understand you are frustrated but please be assured that Lizzie is doing her very best to assist you and has passed your concerns on to the relevant people at head office.

Your continued patience is greatly appreciated.

As explained in my email I think head office will need documentation off me which I need to know about now. I don’t want to be waiting days to then be asked for it; further delaying matters.

I know you say the matter is being taken very seriously but I don’t feel as though it is at all. It wouldn’t take long for someone at head office to review my case – it should be the top priority.

I was being patient, but my patience is being tested to the absolute max now. I can’t think about anything else. I am ill over it and unable to concentrate at work!
