Mya Mod…….please sort it out

Certain threads on the forum in the last few days are to be honest offensive and disgusting. I assumed that this was a surgery forum here to assist other post and pre op, not to discuss controversial subjects which have popped up 1 too many times. Anything offensive or trouble causing should surely be done via pm? Please consider deleting these useless attention threads.

Thanks ticky got ur message, it is a very sensitive subject and altho i have nothing personal against anyone on here i do think it is very important we all remember that we dont know everything about everyone on here and sensitive subjects should be kept private to avoid causing offence or upset xx

Banning the person would be more appropriate in my mind. Its all the time. Do whatever you’ve gotta do but at least have some class about it and speak in a more dignified way.x

2 true swoodward I Got pregnant at 17 to my 1st bf I was no were near ready but made my bed so I laid in it, I believe in options but I also believe in learning from mistakes, its not nice at all ppl need to grow up n face responsabilitys xx

Heyy sorry to but in, I’m not on anybody’s side here but just because a topic is controversial surely it shouldn’t be banned from here? Ignorance isn’t always bliss, we live in the real world here. If it is the thread I believe you’s are referring to then it was something that relates to surgery, this is meant to be here to help people & there may be other people in the same situation but too frightened to ask for help & advice. We can’t always let our own beliefs rule over others, I understand where you’s are saying that some people may take offense from some comments but surely that’s why there is a report button on the comment to send a message directly to mya mod, I have used this before & believe it’s much more effective than creating a thread on here bitching about it. If that doesn’t do anything then I believe you could also message mod directly, as you said yourself, anything offensive should be done over pm. & if that still doesn’t do anything then you’s don’t need to read it, if you’s have a problem with the person you’s are referring to then simply ignore their posts. Let’s get this a friendly place again please xx

Ticky has msgd mya mod though Sophie, that post is going to be judged I had to abort a baby I wanted because it could have killed me and this upsets me, but like I said I believe in learning from mistakes, but ticky has had a really bad time and it ain’t nice for her to see. This site is for support but I Think its hard for some ppl to read as ppl are so lucky to have kids n I count mine a blessing

There are ways of asking for advice without making your intentions obvious, i agree sophie you have a point as it was surgery related but i stand by that we dont know everything about everyone and feel perhaps there are ways of addressing sensitive situations with caution, and perhaps it was not done in the right way, however i dont believe for one moment that anyone on here would want to deliberately upset anyone and im sure anyone who thought they had upset someone would be mortified so i certainly dont think it was intentional just maybe not realising thats all xx

I’m sorry to hear you had to go through that Beckie, nobody should have to go through that. I completely understand that it must be hard to see as people go through hard things but we can’t live other peoples lives & we have to accept that not everybody wants the same things from life & at different stages too. I honestly think that if it doesn’t get removed straight away then the best thing to do is ignore it, not spark up conversation about it on another thread as I feel it’s just highlighting it & making it worse. Sorry but that’s my opinion x

i agree, this forum is for people to talk about surgery and get advice not quite obviously be attention seeking and broadcast that shes about to have the third “operation”. not sure how she didnt learn the last two times

Of course everyone has their own opinions, beliefs, etc but I really don’t think it was the subject that was offending anyone, it was more the way it was being discussed, it was getting talked about like going for the “procedure” was like going for a new pair of shoes or the dentist and how inconvenient it was for her…

Once, is a mistake, twice….bloody unlucky, three times….abortion is not another method of birth control!

I do believe people have a right to ask for advice about there personal situations but not the way it was done!!!! Especially as the person in question has done it numerous times!!!!!!! Rant over x

Sophie – this thread was made for the attention of Mya mod, whether you or anyone else finds these certain threads ok or not is not my buisiness. I have pm’d the mod as recently as the other day to get one of her threads removed – which she did however 20 mins later she made a ‘thank you thread’ bringing it back up and now this. I dont care how many babies she terminates, its her human rights although i dont want to hear her disgusting attitude of ‘i wanna party in spain, ill just abort when i get back’, thats not right whether you are personally affected by it or not. this is a forum full of women, asking for a bit of tact isnt alot.

Im glad ive highlighted it, maybe now the mod will see that alot of people are personally sickened by these threads. She is not asking for advice – shes said shes done this twice before so she would obviously know the answers to her own question. This is a supportive forum, i suggest she starts supporting others and taking their feelings into consideration.

Oh Ye I agree its not our lifes but I Think there’s better ways of approaching matters than posting it on a public forum its 3 yrs this Sunday tht I had to go through it, and its so raw, but way a certain person puts it is that she don’t even care scour it and its pretty heartless I know its easy for me to say cause I wanted my baby. But from 5/6wk tht has a heartbeat so its a sensative subject. I have however gave her advice coz I’m not normaly a person to judge etc, but like I said I stand by learning from things. But I don’t want to go into tickys life and the things she’s been through, but she’s had a very very bad time, and its exremely hard for her to see and she has msgd mod and has had a post removed but then another one gets made by the person, there’s only so much she gonna take without cracking lol xx

her attitude is disgusting and i think they should make her have it so she learns some self control or at least to deal with the consequences of her stupid actions

i agree emmalou- 3 times is ridiculous and its horrible for people to have to see her immature attitude towards a topic that affects some women for the rest of their lives

As said this is a forum full of women some may of which may be desperate for children and have to read that especially of the young age she is. everyone has there own choices and opinions on this subject which is fair enough but as everyone has said no need to publically write this. advise for full proof contraception then maybe. ive never had one but have had to have a d&c after miscarrying at 10weeks and was so traumatic even now with two healthy beautiful children (had them at 19 and 21)it still plays on my mind. this really isnt a nice subject at all and the lack of empathy and actual heart is disgusting xx

with so many fantastic birth control options availible i beleive no one should find themselves in that situation, but accidients do happen. no child should ever be an inconvenience!. but i honestly think she didnt mean to cause offence to others, however it is a very sensitive subject as many women would love the opportunity to have a child but unfortunetly for various reasons cant. certain topics should just never be raised if they dont add value to others dealing with cosmetic procedures. x

I agree, this situation should never have arisen but it has & unfortunately it isn’t being dealt with in the way some people think it should be & also hasn’t been spoken about with complete empathy but by creating this it isn’t going to change the girl & what she does, perhaps directly sending her a msg about how it’s making you’s feel would be more effective? Just a suggestion x

I understand where your coming from ticky with all the problems u had. I too posted recently about the same kind of subject but mine was purely for advise. But it was the best thing I did going to see the docs about mine as it turned out to be eptopic so gla I found out early enough. Mine was an accident while on the pill to my husband but since the weeks it has taken to help me I have gone onto the injection so it can’t ever happen again as our family is complete as three is enough for us. But it seems as tho others dont learn, I did and I hope I didn’t offend too much with my post which if I did I am truly sorry. But I agree that the way it’s being discussed is wrong. I commented on the thread and said I was advised coil or injection after my eptopic pregnancy and took it cos if the pill fails once it could happen again. Which she says it’s happened three times now. Time to change contraception now for her me thinks. But waiting till after partying in Spain is so wrong xx

shes proof that money cant buy intelligence, thoughtfullness or morals, if only one of the surgeons could give her a personallity transplant and conscious, what a horrible excuse for a human being, id rather have to work for everything i own than have all the money in the world and be a horrible person with no care for anyone or anything other than herself xx

I agree, I had to try for years to be blessed with my daughter, fertility treatment, the lot. Even lost her twin. I thank god everyday for my precious baby girl and I don’t want to read about abortion on here

295cc overs, i came to the conclusion that people will notice after anyway, (not that im doing this for people to notice) so i might aswell get in there 1st, some people mostly girls look at me as they do and ask what size im going for and why, so i just say GG’s baby and look out for me in the next zoo & fhm mags as im going for a major career change. im only little size 6/8 30b so hopefully will end up D/DD i think my fiance is more excited then i am anout it lol x
