Wondering if whoever is moderating this page might be able to help me? My phone has broken so Ive been unable to contact my patient coodinator!
Basically, I was due to have my op mid-August, and had put down a £500 deposit. I was due to pay off the remaining balance yesterday. Unfortunately due to financial problems I have had to put my operation back ’til next year, and spoke to my coodinator about it, who said that she would organise for me to join the piggybank scheme and send me details about the scheme and my new operation date- that was about a week and a half ago and I have received any paperwork.
Slightly concerned as I dont want to lose my deposit!! If you can help in any way I’d really appreciate it!
