Mya or Transform

Hey everyone, sorry if there have been one of these types of topics before but I’m new.

Basically, I have been for a consulation for a breast enlargement at both companies and to be honest, they were both great. Now I can’t decide and I’m really struggling with it.

Has anyone got either had either a good or bad experience with either company?? I could really use your help. I know that ultimately the decision is up to me and that everyones experience is different but I’m really in need of advice!

hi there, really there isnt any difference between the 2, as if you take a look on the surgeon list for transform and mya, you i will find they use a lot of the same surgeons. For example in the north, both companies use Gary Traynor, Olympia Hadden and Mr Mahdi plus many more.

Anyone who has an opinion of the 2 companies will prob be talking about the actual customer service and after care etc. but the surgeons all do the same, so thats the most important aspect.

I went through transform who did have fantastic customer service and aftercare, but so do mya. the prices do vary, so you have to have a look at each one and get quotes, plus mya have vouchers for money off etc.

I only chose transform cos my friends have used them and its all been good, but i would have probably gone through mya if id known who they were b4, as they have an hospital in doncaster where i live.

god that would have been so easier for me ha ha, but i didnt realise until id paid with transform.

In the end alot of people judge each company just by the Personal Co-ordinator and the receptionists, but i think the Surgeons are the main ppl, in the end who care about the pA and receptionist? as long as the surgeon does a good job.

if i was you, if you have had great service so far with both, then just go for the cheapest price quoted!!! cos the surgeons are all the same XXXX

Thanks janeyh, I’m also from Doncaster so Mya may be a lot more convenient. You are right, the surgeon is the most important factor. The money off voucher for Late Space is very appealing as well! xxx

do mya have a list on their website of surgeons they use?? xx

aww thats loads better for you then, i live in bentley and had to travel all the way to friggin manchester, but they paid for my ride there but mya wud have been so much easier. In the future though if i ever want my boobs changing im guna use mya. Where abouts is the mya clinic then, where you had to have your consulation?? transform are near meadowhall, but they have hospitals in manchester n chesterfield near here. I dont know why they didnt let me go to chesterfield, would have been closer for me. and rachel yeh mya should have a list, just check the home page and have a look, im pretty sure there will be one X

Hiya my 2 friends both went with transform but i chose to go with mya due to the date i wanted and the price coz i did my research on my surgeon and nobody ever moaned about his work or anything there was a lot of good stuff said about him. I know from my friends with transform that if u go as a day case they were just put on a ward with men and others havin ll sorts done where as with mya u get a private room which is so much better and makes u feel better especially havin a ba done. I know with the overnight u get a private room so it all depends on wat ur doin too? Hope this helps a little bit x

i think it depends wer you go as i had my own private room with transform on myown which was lovely and a 3 course dinner n a big breakfast, ooh it was grand ha ha!!> so its really all down to the hospital you use etc X

Omg I have this exact same problem!! I went for initial consultations with both & have now booked appointments with Surgeons at both…Dr Chantarasak & Dr Fallahdar so am hoping when I see them I’ll know a bit more! Neither companies seem to have massive amounts of bad press aftercare wise but that seems to also depend on the clinic…I’d be having my aftercare at Bristol, dunno if any1 has been there & could advise for either company??

It is a big decision to make & want to make sure I make the right one!

i only have experience of MYA and can honestly say I couldnt have been treated any better. From start to finish it has been fab. I went to Newcastle clinic and had BA in Manchester with Mr Traynor last week . All a great experience and really felt properly cared for at every stage .Good luck !

Hiya Katelewis, I had my op in 2009, with Mr Kazazzi at doncaster, through MYA, I only went to MYA, and only had one consultation and I knew I wanted him to operate on me. I am havin a reop to go bigger nothing else and I saw a different surgeon at MYA, a Lady, but I didnt like or trust her, so I will not see anyone else and I know I will let him operate on me again he is excellent and would not want to put my body in anyone elses hands, oh and the staff at leeds clinic are amazing
