    Hi ladies,

So yesterday I received the letter from MYA and have debated for a while wether to post it or not as the woman actually seemed quite peeved that I had commented on how long they were taking (two days before the deadline is quite worrying!). But I have shared my story so far so think its unfair not too!

I write further to your letter of complaint received by myself on 03 October 2011, and my subsequent acknowledgement of your complaint in a letter dated the same day. Please note that MYA’S complaint policy as per this previos correspondence to you, is that you will be communicated with each 20 WORKING days, (ie not calender days). I would refer you to this correspondence and ask you to note that as mentioned therin, investigations may take longer than this initial timeframe

During your telephone conversation with **********, the regional manager for mya, on 14 october 2011, you stated that you wished to have a second opinion. I must make it clear to you that this was not mentioned in your initial letter received by me, ********* explained to you that this may take some time, due to the commitments of the partied involved and updated me with this new information.

The end of the letter goes on to state that i have been booked in with dr singh and that she will be in touch with me after, not at all the letter I was expecting from them! Any of you ladies that have followed my story will know that on the date of the meeting with DR C my p.c said that she would sort out a second opinion for me so i’m not sure why i would then have to put this in a letter if she was already doing this!

I’m not sure how I will be treated for sharing this, but will keep you all informed! xxx rach

Glad you’re finally getting somewhere, mr Singh will give you am honest opinion and will be much more gentle and involve you, I was originally booked with mr c and changed to mr s for my op. they are such different people. It’s a shame this app couldn’t have been booked ages before though, seems like they will let you see him and then pick up the complaint from there. Hope it works out, when are you seeing the lovely mr s?
