Mya service

Wouid just like to say DONT be put off my recent threads I’ve had absolutely no issues With mya Ive never had a long wait at the clinic,Mr singh has NEVER made me feel rushed He Even remembered things i said to him 8months ago! My pc was brilliant! Mya offer 5Years aftercare! they do the piggy bank The nurses Are on the ball! They are a Great company! And my boobs are Perfect lol!

My experience with MYA wasn’t so great Im afraid. I would’ve gone elsewhere tbh but I really wanted Mr Traynor to do my BA. xx

i would recommend mya always,i had a fab experience. everyone was always friendly and mr singh my little god, always had time to chat and he always made me feel welcome and at ease.

i have only ever had to wait once up in wimpole street but i just accepted that as i new mr singh was a popular surgeon and everyone wanted his time.

my friend is now going through mya for her tummy tuck next month with dr singh as i said how fab they were xxxx

Trace i think no matter what when u look at your boobs its been so worth it x x

I can honestly second that. The personal service I have received, from the initial consultation to the aftercare service so far has been absolutely fantastic x

Exactly Hush. I wanted Mr T and he delivered. It’s just the rest of my experience with mya that wasn’t good at all. Can’t fault Mr T tho xx

I cant really fault MYA either. a little more contact with PC would have been nice but with the amount of knowledge on the forum or even just calling the clinic it wasnt a necessity. Just received a call to see how my recovery is going so all in all well happy!! Love Mr Kazzazi, when swelling gone i will be very very happy.

i wouldnt know the difference with another company… i have spent around 20 min in the presence of MYA staff and coversations. im day 4 PO. not heard a thing from MYA since i paid lol

Really Charlotte? I’m shocked. My PC, Julie from |Newcastle has been amazing. She text me on the morning of my op, and afterwards. When i’d text back telling her I was feeling rubbish, she actually phoned me and has done since I got home, she is so lovely. I must be lucky then! Even the nurse has given me a call, who is also lovely.I really am surprised, I genuinely thought they were all like that xx

I must admit I’ve not always had the best service .. But I have my boobs an that’s all I care about ha

Currently waiting for my nurse who was lovely to do my post op

Made an appointment for 11am – been told by the receptionist I’m not on the list

Even though my nurse made the appointment and she’s not in till 12

I’m still sat here and she’s still not here.

I chose MYA regardless that they were more expensive because of their after care

Which so far isn’t very good andy PC not mentioning names because it’s unfair has been crap.

Only thing I can say is the receptionist is absolutely lovely xx

I have only had to wait once which was 45 mins later than my booked appointment but it got me out of work and plus I am getting my boobs done so 45 mins is nothing compared to a life full of boobies. If a PC is bad just let MYA know and they can change them. The surgeons are amazing and the fault to waiting time is due to others being late and over booking. I cannot wait to have my boobies!!! xx

I’ve had some ups and downs but nothing serious, but I will say this, last week I was in a lot of pain and posted on the forum for some advice ad reassurance from the girls, I didn’t want to bother the nurse at that time until I know whether it was normal or not. A little while later my nurse called me because she was a bit worried about me, the moderator had given her a call after seing my post. I was so impressed that MYA went to this level of service I am really happy I went with them. My nurse offered to see me again, and mr Singh, and wants me to call her as well. I really can’t fault that at all!

So reassuring to hear this feedback. I must admit my first appmt with the Surgeon, Dr Adamo was running an hour behind and people were getting angry and the poor receptionists took the brunt of it. However when I did get to see him I didnt feel rushed and my PC Nadja Collins has been fab, gave me a hug at the end the last time I went in I’ve also had to reschedule my op date to the 4th Jan and they were fine about it x

Hmmmm well my PC was FAB – surgeon FAB….. hopsital and staff FAB. My results FAB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Appt system CRAP every appt was always running late.

Apart from that cud not fault MYA.

However bit disappointed with a phone call from MYA ref the forum.

Hush2, Just becuase you have a fantastic experience does not mean every customer who walks through the MYA doors have the same experience.

catcat – I don’t think hush2 was saying anything out of spite I just think she wanted to reassure people who have chosen Mya that she personally had a great experience.

I think everyone on the forum appreciates hearing all feedback both negative and positive to assist them with their choices.
