hey all. recently i added to a post regarding poor performance of there pc. i recieved a phone call today from the head of the clininc in london appolgising and making sure i was happy post op etc etc giving me her number for any other issues i may have saying they try and prideon there customer service.. a hour later followed a call from my own pc also appoligising and promising to be more involved.
just wanted to let you know if you are not happy let them know we are paying alot of money and most of us have choose mya due to there apparent good customer service,i feel much happier and actually quite surprised for there concern xx

I had a little bit of an argument with my PC pre op as i wanted to order bigger implants and was quite indecisive right up until the day of my op but she’s been great since then, called me just before and after my op and the nurse rung me today aswell. I think voicing concerns is definitly the best way. Overall i’m happy with the service ive recieved so far xx
yeah, my nurse and pc rang me after my surgery as well, overall, pleased with their service! x
I had exactly the same happen today daniellevidal! I think i commented on a post too and she’s rung me today (manager of the clinic) and apologised for the poor service.
At least they’re reading the posts on the forum and chasing up any negative comments. I just hope the aftercare is better than the pre op!

They need to sort out their customer service hopefully these posts will bring it to their attention sorry to hear your bad experience please read mine xx
On a positive note my pc Victoria from Brighton has been awesome, I’ve text her at all times of the day and she has never lost her patience with me and trust me I’m a nightmare .
lulup20 thats nice to hear i wish i had a PC then maybe none of this would of been half as bad xx
Shame about the bad pre op care and post op care I’ve been reading about. But I must say my pc Jemma has been an absolute angel I text and email her all the time as I too have had many concerns (not about mya tho but about me over thinking everything lol) and Jemma has phoned me straight away and talked thro with me all of my concerns. Hope you ladies now get the care you deserve xxx
