Nail varnish

Probably an obvious question but hey ho! I know you can’t have nail varnish on your fingers but what about toes?

nails have to be bare, they keep an eye on the change of colour in your nails I believe. when they go white behind its loss of blood, so bad circulation. no falsies or varnish on hands or nails.

question though….why no false eyelashes?xx

Nothing on nails and i believe the reason for no false eye lashes is in case of anything going wrong they’ll ave to open your eyes and check pulls etc .. never understood it myself but the varnish thing is reaaaaaaallly important!! Gotta check your little tootsies too 🙂

thanks @emmaluigi2 I feel so naked without my false eyelashes lol! and I wont be able to have them put on for ages because of laying flat 🙁 lol xx

I think they put tape on your eyes as well, I think it is anything that can fall off and make it become unsterile xx

I had nail varnish on my toes and it was fine. I took nail varnish remover with me and asked the nurse if I should take it off and she asked if I had acrylic nails on and when she saw that I didn’t she said I didn’t have to take the nail varnish off on my toes because they would use my finger nails xx
