Nails for op??

Hi girls just wondering if I’d get away with keeping my nails on there a natural tip with a really thin overlay of clear acrylic? You can still see my nail bed through them and you can see the change in colour on my nail bec when u press on them? To look at them you wouldn’t know they weren’t my own. Really don’t want take them off hate having no nails = ( x

I think you will need to remove them.

I wore mine just had to have them clear. X x

You should remove them really hun. some surgeons may let it go, but others may not operate as everyone is told to take them off… you dont want to be one of those with a surgeon who would want you to remove them and have your op postponed… they are an infection risk… I’d take them off just in case babe xxx

Hi Hun, I had my BA last wed and I had my refills done Xmas eve and painted, I couldn’t have unfinished nails for Xmas! So on wed morning on my way to hospital I took the nail varnish off and it just looked like a clear varnish. Mine to where not very thick either. I even took my toe varnish off which to be honest I properly didn’t need to, as once I had my lovely socks on that they gave me I put my fluffy socks over the top to keep toties warm. When I went to threate they said to keep them on so I didn’t get cold!! Which was lovely when I woke up….nice warm feet! To be honest I suppose it all depends on the surgeon and if they r having a good day! X
