    Hello,

I have a BA scheduled in October. My first BA was almost 10 years ago and they were 275cc overs regular silicone. I don’t remember the brand. Since then I have had 3 kids all breast fed. Now I’m a bit saggy obviously! My surgeon recommended a lift as well as 415cc Natrelle soft touch. He said I had large pockets and very stretchy skin. I want them to be natural looking as well as soft and bouncy! I do not want them to look like balls on my chest or feel too hard. He still recommended the soft touch but wondering if I should go with the responsives instead? I am 5’6 134lbs. I really like how my boobs looked and felt when I was breast feeding so trying to replicate that.

Any thoughts or pics would be very helpful!

    Thanks!

Hiya. I had 275cc for many years and just had them replaced with 500cc (i have Motiva, not familiar with Natrelle, sorry) My pockets were also big!
My surgeon was aware of the look I was after (his recommendation was a full but natural look) as we discussed this at length with pics during the consultations. He had a few sizes available on the day to ensure he would achieve what I wanted. He reassured me and I trusted his judgement. I’m guessing you’ve researched your surgeon fully and seen some of his work/looked at any reviews. Discuss with him again, show him pics of what you want to achieve, discuss your implant concerns. He should be able to advise if this is possible and reassure you and if so , go with it! Good luck! X

Thanks! What size were you before vs now? I told him I want to be bigger than before.

I started put as a deflated 34b, then 275cc took me to a small D. I said I wanted to go up a size or 2 but it is still early days for me so haven’t been measured yet since having it done again with 500cc. As a guide, he said and extra 150cc is approximately 1 Cup size, so in theory I should achieve E cup approximately. I cant wait to find out!! 😊
