Natural look VS False Look

Its so complicated to decide what I want!! I want a natural look but not to natural as I liked the rounded look too!! Did anyone else have this problem!! Xx

I think there’s a fine line between the two …I think you can get natural with a bit of the round look as long as you don’t go too big…

I want the round full look to do not really bothered if they look fake or not lol xxx

I didn’t really have a choice because I asked my PS to put the biggest implants he could fit in there lol but I don’t mind if they look fake or not….but let’s just say I won’t be fooling anyone! I think it can look beautiful both ways, depends on your personal preference really

The only disadvantage with the really really fake look is that rippling can be seen very easily and it looks pretty bad lol xx

have a peek at my picis girls.i have the maximum size I could go which is 340cc. but i left the decision in the end down to my surgeon between 310cc and 340cc stating my preference in the bigger and he decided on the operating table. I think if people know u before and that u small and suddenly u full chested its not something u can hide whether it looks fake or natural.

I think either way the guessing game is always there and the more u hide it the more people guess but obvs wouldnt want everyone to know…

does anyone know if low profiles tend to be more natural looking? I have a lot of breast tissue to start with so have been offered low profile overs but I dont want to look completely natural I want the full rounded look but not stuck on (it that is possible) xx

i was told the profiles are got to do with ur frame and breast size…if u are small breasted the higher the profile the narrower the implant …so smaller framed girls tend to get a higher profile.it projects more outwards but hasnt got to do some much with the appearance on top.the lower ur profile the wider than or appear I was told.

Thats what I was told but Im really confused as Im only a size 8 frame with a 30 inch back!!! I do wear a 32 d bra at moment as it is more comfy

im so confused aswel girls lol im a size 8 really petite i am small chested and not much breast tissue! i want to be as natural as possible but stil i dont want them to look stuck on lol im currently a b and looking to go to a c- does anyone have any advice for me please i go and see my surgeon thurs mr adamo x

I’m mega confused about the projection cos I have a fair amount of breast tissue (I’m a C at the mo) and I’m not small framed, I’m 5’6 and size 10-12 but my surgeon has said extra high projection. Hmmmmmmm xx

Hi girls I wanted a Natural look I’m 5,7 size 12 I had 560 anatomical unders there the tear drop shape implants extra full projection, started from empty 36C, I didn want the low profile an wanted to avoid an uplift so chose these which not many surgeons recommend don’t no why? Have a look at my pics if u wan I’m 4 weeks po now xxx

Ive spoken to my PC and she has said its because I have a large pocket already so to fill the pocket with a low profile I will only need a smaller cc (due to the width) for exapmle a 350cc but if I was to go for the high profile to fill the pocket I would need to go for a lot bigger cc eg 525 to get the same width (as they are narrower). Not sure if this makes sense but think Ive finally got my head round it – phew!! x

You can have SMALL implants the shape of golfballs and look ridiculous…Or You can have HUGE implants shaped softly and naturally. It’s not really between big or small that determines how real they can look.

I think You just have to determine whether you want them big or small and if you want to look natural or fake.

I’ve put a pic of Jenny Mccarthy, I think her boobs are huge but they look natural!

I really think it depends what bra/clothes Chloe wears that give her a certain look, because in a lot of her dresses and stuff they don’t look big at all x
