wish the winter would go away i wanna hibernate lol, ill keep an eye out for your essay and ill give you some little pointers, rather than full blown diet which i think long term isnt good for you, little changes i think are better, it may take longer to see results but its somethiing you can keep up long term as a apose to fad diets which usually result in putting weight back on xx

Im dreading this xmas n boxin day (my sons bday) as this will b they first time my kids dad is not around to share it with them .do u guys have any ideas of things I can do wiv them or get to take their mind off them missin him so much? Hi ssmitty05. They r 6&7. Its also things like going out gettin the tree and decorating it and the house, goin out buyin all the nice treats for xmas etc. We always did that as a family. Everythin me n the kids do now, my son says “remember wen daddy did this?” etc so I no in the run up to xmas is goin to b especially hard for him! Xx
