im 14 wks po hun and im the same, straight after op was counting down the days till i reached 6wks and could train again, only started back 4 wks ago and am doing half of what i used too, although i had unders so am scared of damaging the muscle.
im doing more each week tho but am having to drag my lazy ass there.
once u get back into the swing of it ull be fine, thats what im telling myself anyway lol xx
