need advice?

can you girls give me advice on things before op and post op ill need including things to help scars heal stop stretch marks etc x

Well i used palmers cocoa butter before my op for bout 3 wks. I was totally flat(as u might have seen in me pics) and havent got a single.stretch mark…

Still slapping on the palmers now.

Drank loads of oange juice to help scars get vit c when they werent healing cos of my reaction to the stitches!

I would drink loads of water too… it helps with the elasticity of your skin.

Im using bio-oil on the run up, I bought a V pillow yesterday and ordered my macom bra.

What are the best supermarket sports bras to have as back-ups? x

wikid girls i dont want to splash all out of bras so where can you get comfy cheap after op bras x

I had under with mr traynor and he dont like bras with unders. But heard asda are cheap and comfy!

Asda are good, I got a cheapy £4 one in there but today I invested like a pink Nike Sports one £13.99 but looks hot

Hallo again buttons! I rubbed bio oil (bought the cheaper version of it) into my boobs leading up to op and didn’t get any stretch marks. As for the cheap bras, do you have a Peacocks near to you? They have some fantastic comfy vest type bras which are about two for a fiver. X

Oh and if you start taking fish oil tablets – they help the elasticity of your skin. X

Hi mememe. I was an empty b cup and had 340 unders. The pain is bearable, don’t worry. And apparently unders last longer than overs (don’t know how true that is but seen quite a few comments about that on here recently). X
