Need advice clueless what size sports bra I need!!!

Hi girleys my nurse or surgen didn’t tell me what size sports bra to bring???? I’m an empty 32 d now and I’m having 525cc’s round high profile overs (if that helps) allbeit my nurse said bring lots of sizes but I havnt even been told what size I’ll be so that wasn’t much help, I didn’t ask as I’d gone for a second consultation as I’ve added a nose job to my operation date ( he didn’t want to do it but thanks to my AMAZING p.c who communicated fantastically to my surgen and thank god we are all go) but all the boobie questions had been forgotten and me left clueless!!! Lol so if anyone has any idea I would be sooo grateful, my ops are in highgate on the 28 th September with mr chantarasak, has anyone had 525cc ? Would love to see pics please love to all xx

same here, the nurse said measure around your chest size (so 32/34) and then get a couple of cup sizes bigger for a sports bra, keep the receipt and return the ones that dont fit or swap them for ones that do.. my ops with dr singh on 16th july, so excited. xxx

Stats 5’4″, size 8, baggy 34d at the mo been offered 525cc, but Im terrified t hat this will be too big. I want a full e. I have the nurse on Friday, Ill ask about the sports bra and let you know

I’m so excited for you girls you’ll def be bigger than an e cup but I think you’ll be glad you had them so stick with it that will be great if you can let me no what size she says thanksxx good luckxx

if i was you id take 2 bra’s, a 32-34 e/f. or even upto a ff, as you will be swollen, and sports bra’s always fit tighter anyway. Just get two from Asda (geroge) they are only about £4.00 each. 525cc is quite big, so def get e/f cup XX
