Need advice on telling my new job

That I am having a boob job, the manager is a woman so not sure if she will understand or not. What do I say to her? Its going to be mid january as well so its going to be during the sales but with university commitments I can’t afford to miss time off. I put the BA back for this job till january (as I had a month of uni in december which would have been better for me) so ill only be missing 2 weeks of uni max. I don’t know what to say or do I need this job as my parents are loaning me £800 towards it and ill have to pay them back with what I have earnt but I can’t wait any longer than I have and the last thing I want is to be locked up in my room in the summer when everyone else is wearing nice tops and going to festivals and stuff…least in january it will be too cold to do a lot and I may not be able to go to uni due to snow…
