NEED ADVICE, REALLY NEW TO THIS, PLS HELP X

Hi! im really new to this fourm thing but i really need to advice and that

im only 17 unfortunatly but i have been saving up since i was 15 and so far managed to saved only £1000 but with only a saturday job ive had to pay for driving lessons ect, i have only just got into full time employment, im 18th is on june 6th and hoping to have breat enlargement i have a few questions, any awnsered i feel be very grateful for (sorry for essay, i just want to do alot of researching in these next couple of months)…

if i put a £1500 deposit will i be elagable for fiance?, (i am earning a decent amount for someone my age)

how long did you wait for a consultation, and after that how long was surgery?

if i go on holiday 4 weeks after, am i ok to fly short haul, i dont mind not swimming its just the flight?

You would probably need to get someone in your family who has a good credit history to get the finance for you as they are very strict even if you have a good deposit. This means someone who has had loans before or have a mortgage and a job etc. I think if I remember correctly its something like 8 weeks you have to wait til you fly, but I might be wrong, I had mine done a year ago and was only 19 when I started to properly look into getting it done and paid a deposit etc. but my dad paid half of it for me and I paid him back. Don’t rush into it until you know everything and I mean EVERYTHING like what the risks are etc. how long the guarantee is, you can google stuff like capsular contraction, double bubble, rippling etc. for example november 2010 i found out that these PIP implants were bad through researching so im shocked it’s only JUST came out in the media, and I made sure at my consultation that mya didn’t use these, your right doing your research hunny just wait til you think you know everything though.

Hello Georgina, you may get finance. But it depends on your credit history. As you are very young, I doubt you have any history! If you need finance I suggest you take a contract mobile phone out in your own name as soon as you can. That could help, as long as you’re good with the repayments.

You usually have a 6wk post op check, so it might be best to discuss the holiday with your PC/ Nurse/ Surgeon. You would probably have to mention your Surgery on your holiday insurance too.

I can’t answer your questions about the finance because my parents paid for me, however I can answer your other questions…

You do not have to wait for a consultation, you simply phone up MYA and they will transfer you to your nearest MYA clinic and you choose a time and date that is right for you. In your initial consultation you will have a patient co ordinator who will explain the procedure in detail and answer any questions you may have. Then you book your appointment with a surgeon where you can discuss sizes and the type of look you want to achieve. I don’t know about anyone else but I found that everything went really quickly; I had my initial consultation at the end of November, I had my surgeons appointment in December and I booked and paid for my surgery on the same day. My op is in 23 days time…

ah im glad to hear its not a long process, i am just hoping to get them done as soon as i can as i have been waiting for so long!

im a size 10 hopefully 8 by june, my body shape is quite curvy and im only 5ft3 is there any size someone could reccomend?

i know it seems quite early looking into this, just i want to be as sure as possible before getting it done lol xxx

Hi I’m quite new to this and only 18 so I’m young too but actually want to try and get credit as it’s hard to save when I only work part time, own a car and am a student! I spoke to somebody from mya and they suggested to come on here as I had a lot of questions a few month ago but didn’t have much money saved up so didn’t want to risk getting rejected for credit.

I’m hoping to get mine done in the summer at some point so you never know we could both get our wishes together (I’ve been waiting years too!) xxx
