hi girls, im nearly a year post op and for the last 6 months have been having sinus problems. ive been told by my doctor to use a steroid nasal spray but im scared it will thin the skin around my implants, i had an ultrasound on my breasts last year and the skin is very thin around my left implant around 1cm, ive got very thin skin as im quite tiny and i had 300cc unders which stretched my skin a lot. i really want to use this spray but i dont want my implant dropping out……xxx
