need an uplift???

Hi there girls im really worried about this uplift situ….Basically i went for the general consultation and am meeting the surgeon in 3 weeks mr admano to see whats what, ive had 2 children and lost weight also so boobs have drooped. ive measured from collar bone to nipple as ive heard this is the way to do it?? I take it you measure collar bone from shortist point down and stand very straight so they dont hang anymore if you know what i mean . i measure 21cm. Thing is i was a 34d quite big so when they were like that they hanged a bit as they do as quite heavy..im now a 34c must say ive filled up the last couple of weeks as put on 8lb so look fuller in my c cup now more full bottom half..just want some nice big boobies no uplift though…will they just hang with implants?? really confused xx

i know some surgeons use a bigger implant to prevent having a lift but that makes them sag because of the weight of them if you were to just have implants you will have loose skin on them and also they will hang down and nipple will point down to and ya end up needing a 2nd op if ya paying all that money you don’t want to be dissapointed hun, not sure if ya measuring right hun i’am 24cms only needing a nipple lift?? apparently anything over 25cms and ya need a lift or nipple lift so if ya measuring 21cms you shouldn’t need one, surgeon said to me if i was not to have the nipple lift then when the implants were in the nipple would hang down and look wrong hope it’s helped a bit xx sam xx

Hi there thanks for the reply. I measured from the bottom of collar bone is this right?? across down to the nipple..?? not sure about this measuring thing i saw this morn they measure from bottom of bone that funny bit in middle?? do they make you stand quite straight??

i go at 21-22cm average. my boobs hang abit because of the weight as im still a c cup and have had 2 kiddies i guess. xx

when she measured me it was that funny bit in middle (the hollow bit) and i just stood normal hun i was 24 cms, have ya been told you need a lift or is it just a worry?? i’am 36 c didn’t breastfeed or anything but thay hang lower hence the nipple lift see what surgeon says hun thats what i did, as i thought i may be bordeline and saw loads of girls pics some were alot lower than mine and didn’t need a lift or anything?? abit confusing really. wishing ya luck anyway hun when do ya go and see him? will ya let me know how ya get on? thanks xx sam xx

Hi sammy im going 2 weeks time to the london clinic to see mr admano.

I measured from that middle bit the notch down to nipple and i go roughly 21cm just past. my boobs are a lil droppy i guess ive had 2 kids didnt feed either. but have lost weight as was nearly 10 stone and went right down to 8 stone after havin 2nd baby. the weight took its toll on the boobs. weird thing is just came bk from hols which put on 8lb and gone on the boobs again so loose skin looks much better def filled out a bit. just want them larger now ;

well not had mine yet hun i’am booked in for sept24th with dr antoniadou so far so good i’am having 435cc overs and a nipple lift i’am a 36c at min wanting to be an E i bloody hope so anyway haha

my only niggling doubt is that i’am having low profile and not sure if mods would be better i’am worried incase ya can see the implant at side if a know what i mean cus when i went for consultation i was due on and they were swollen more than normal i told her this so she knew so just gonna mention it when i pay my final payment at end of month.

sounds to me that ya measuring right hun and hopefully ya shouldn’t need the lift what size are ya hoping to be? and when ya looking at having it done? hun xx sam xx

Im hoping to be about an e cup. They said could have done in august as going on hol september.

aiya booked mine for sept as didn’t wanna go through summer whilst healing and that but is a bit of a nightmare making sure ya get timing right to fit in with everything else in ya life isn’t!! i wasn’t sure if to do it while son was in school or off but thought if he’s in school least i’ll have the day in peace haha.

i don’t think ya allowed to book on day of consultation as they say to go home and think about everything first and then to book when happy. which is better as you’ll then know what ya can and can’t have do a bit of research if needed then book it

i paid my deposit at the open evening in manchester as was gonna book it the week after so killed two birds with one stone, i think the lowest ya can pay is £500 but can pay more if ya want mines costing £4400 with the £500 discount voucher i paid £3900 on the night and i’ve just got the last £500 saved so gonna wait till end of month and go to manchester to pay it and have a day shopping to haha

Oh right…ive got consultation with mr admano 2 weeks time just persumed they be straight in after deposit and date to have op??

When i had the 1st consultation with the rep girl to explain whats what she seemed keen to just start throwing dates at me for op then and there also settled payment figures then and there i said wanted a day case and with voucher mine left 3450.

I see they ask for a 500 quid deposit for keeping a bed.

So after you see surgeon what happens they dont give you a date then?? They tell you to think about it do they????

when are you meant to pay the full figure be4 op or after??

aiya hun, when i went i saw pc and surgeon on same day, after seeing surgeon pc asked if i was to go ahead when was i thinking of and gave me some dates to give me an idea, she said she would ring me in week or so to see how i felt if i had any questions e.t.c i went home and looked at more pics of the size and profile suggested and that my head was a bit muddled as seemed so real haha

pc rang about week later and i said i was going ahead i had a few questions which she answered re: aftercare and stuff as wanted to make sure i knew everything before parting with my money.

i think you may be able to book earlier as you’ve already seen pc and once you seen surgeon as long as your happy then you may be able to book i needed to think about mine as i was told total opposite of what i originally wanted haha so my head was wrecked, just see how you feel with what surgeon says as they may suggest something different to what’s in your mind but if ya feel ok and are allowed to then go for it

you have to pay the full balence 21 days before op hun

Just told my mum as mentioned it other week and she wasnt very impressed but today seems ok..i am 29 to be fair have 2 kiddies and live with my partner but even so you know what mums can be like hey,,what a relief thats outta way now

Every day i get dressed now i keep thinking about big boobies hehehe

aww ya mum will defo come round probably just the initial shock my mum was ok with me but she’s quite open really so i’am lucky there. and touch wood i’ve had no negative comments so far but everyone does assume ya want to be jordan haha

well i went in saying to myself i want unders (but was totally confused as did to much research and no longer knew what would be best), somewhere in the 400cc mark, daycase, and paying about £3500 max didn’t think about profile haha

came out with overs, overnight, paying £4400 and nipple lift pushed for the bigger size though i think it was 380cc at first haha but still happy.

i’am glad i didn’t get a choice between overs or unders though that was my worst fear cus i don’t think i could of actually chosen, i got offered lows as i’am quite wide and have a deep cleavage so highs would give me cones don’t want that do i good luck hun and keep me posted, have a great weekend xx sam xx
