Mine feel like that as well hun. I had mine done yesterday and had my Macom on straight away. I took it off and they felt like they were gona fall out! It’s a compression garment so it is supposed to be tight. But not tight enough that it should cause any pain. Maybe just discomfort at first. If you have a sports bra that isn’t tight on, the Macom is the one to wear. They need to be compressed because of swelling and to help them “set” hope this helps xx

YHhh thank you I had my op a few days ago n had my support bra from Asda on…decided try the Macom on last night n it is rele painful it jus pulls me boobs close together and squashes em down it I’m guessing it’s pulling em together so they don’t loose there shape and fall under me armpits lol I’ll see how I get on but if the pain gets worse ill av take it off lol xxx

Yeah hun they should get used to it. If it wasn’t tight it means it’s not doing what it should. But if you do go back to your sports bra make sure it isn’t loose xx
