    A girl posted this quite a while ago, help for us pre-op girlies and what she would take/have ready if she were to do it again…

    For the day of your BA;

    – Magazines / Books

    – iPod

    – Laptop

    – Phone Chargers

    – Dry Snacks (I say dry because I tried to eat a banana after coming around and nearly threw up)

    – Camera

    – Slippers or shoes that are easy to slip on or off (you’ll need to have something on your feet when you go down to theatre)

    – V-Pillow

    – Throat sweets.

    And stuff to have for when you return home;

    – That V-Pillow (argos)

    – Lots of comfy soft pillows to surround yourself with (including under your toosh) to keep you propped up and comfortable

    – Arnica (for bruising)

    – A support bra

    – A few different pyjama tops that button up at the front

    – Dry shampoo coz you won’t be able to wash your hair

    – Senacot

    – Dried Apricots and Yakult

    – FULL TIME SUPPORT at least for the first few days

    – Bio oil (which you can use eventually to heal your scars)

    Lol don’t know if that was what you’re after, but I have copied and saved it ready for when my surgery date comes around!

    I just took some after-surgery bras, I wore a bright red/pink velour/velvety tracksuit with a strappy top and ugg boots, that was comfy enough to wear most of the time and good for the ride home, make sure theres no metal in your hair band if u wear one as theyll tell you to take it out b4 surgery, I also had magazines and music, believe me you dont wanna be lugging a LOAD of stuff you wont use with u…..even if someone else is helping u I managed to dress myself after the op and took my V-pillow to the hospital and Im glad I did coz the pillows were as good as lying on bricks lol and it made the ride home comfier as I sat the v pillow across my front and it kept the seatbelt from rubbing the new boobs lol

    I agree with sara tho I had my toothbrush and toothpaste with me and stuff for if I HAD to stay in overnight for some unforseen reason….
