need help with size/profile

ive been searchin the forum fordays and im still no better off, i dont know what to do!

i had 260’s just over 6months ago, im havin them done again soon as they are still quite small n i dont get the look i want with them.

theres so many people with the same size implant but all end up diff size cups!! how do i know what to go for? surgeon says 410’s, i want to be able to get the fake look, but dont want to be ridiculous as im really skinny! now iive read bout profiles!! help! xx

Think if I were you I’d go for the high profiles…think this gives more of a fake look. I wanted a natural look and sorta got told that the low profiles give a more natural shape as they have a largish diameter and the high or medium profiles have a smaller diameter with more outtiness!!

You can have a look at mine if you want, I’ll be posting more piccies soon, so you can see what I’m like at seven days post op. I had 435cc LMP overs from an empty 34AA/A, I’m in a DD sports bra at the mo.
