need opinions on what size to go

Hi i have a consult with MYA tomorrow and im not sure what size to go im 25 years old 5ft3 and 112pounds size 8 im currently a size 32B i dont want to look fake but i dont want to go too small and regret it and have to have op again!If anyone could help me with pics and stories that’d be great!!!
