need this tape off now!

Please can someone tell me the best way to take this tape off? It feels like its cutting into me. its already started to peel off in places but then it really stings if i pull it. I wont remove it where my incisions are jus round my back and the tops of my boobs. Due to get it off tomoz so mite try and wait if you think its a bad idea…… Thanks xxx

Know how you feel! Have to wait another two days before i get mine off and i cannot wait! Didn’t think you were allowed to take it off yourself?? I’d try and wait if i were you…if u can xx
