Christine try adding protein shakes between meals, it works wonders! and doing weights if you go to the gym. X
Hi Christine.
I had to do similar and always had problems keeping weight on as have really stressfull and hectic job and seem to burn any calories off really quickly. I had to put on a stone before my op and tried eating high calorie food. which was good but made no difference and ended up talking to a dietician I knew who advised me to just eat small meals 6 times a day and and have snacks if could. It worked and then after 4 weeks my weight levelled off and didnt lose or gain any more weight. Good luck with op. Take care x

lol thankyou Pauline and Khanni. never thought about protein shakes. i’l try the extra meals too. thanks xxx
even 10 pounds could make u less likely to fit either of the implants in, all depends where you lose weight from. I didnt lose ANY weight b4 my op and he STILL couldnt fit the larger implants i wanted I think if i’d lost 10 pounds he probs wouldnt have been able to fit the ones I ended up with either.
