Girls I’m going on hols in 5 weeks and need to lose 5-8lbs asap! I’ve read about the acai berry extract tablets and bought the acai berry juice from my local herbal shop as she didn’t supply the tablet form. Does this actually work?? And what other slimming pills/advice could u give me to lose a few pounds?

Weightloss resources, you could lose over 2lbs a week just sticking to a cal controlled diet. Pills don’t work, I have tried pretty much all of them including alli ( bought from boots website by lying about my BMI). Eat less move more, simples!
I have n exercise bike infront of my tv lol and when I walk anywhere I wear a 2lb ankle weight on each ankle. Xx

start weight 129lbs:
Protein shack for breakfast, yogurt for a snack (fat free), tuna salad for lunch, fruit for snack, chicken with salad for dinner.
LOTS of water…
little and often keeps you metabolism going, and dont forget your cardio, 20 mins a day 
4 weeks later end weight 116lbs xx
avoid all white carbs…… bread rice pasta potatoes etc switch to wholemeal instead but only to be eaten with breakfast or luch no carbs at all with tea, cut the sugar out compleatly this turns to fat in your body, watch ya fruit intake as has alot of natural sugar in drink loads of water but eat often dont starve ya self!!!! if ya on facebook look up michelle heaton (liberty x singer) and her hubby hugh hanley’s page as they offer loads of advise and recipies to follow giving good snack ideas and theres loads of info from others on there to if ya cant find it follow her on twitter as there a link on one of her tweets to the page good luck hun xx sam xx
oh and exercise…. move more eat better you can defo do it if you aim to lose 2lb a week then you can lose 10lbs before ya hols and little changes can make a huge difference xx sam xx

Im going on holiday in 2 and a half weeks, aiming to loose 6pounds! What ive found works for me to loose weight quickly is i go for a run everyday (about 20mins avg) preferably in the morning, I also do 100 sit ups when i get back from the run.
Cutting carbs is an essential, the only carbs ive had in 5 days (a long time for a carb lover like myself!) is a sweet potato with salad (it was the only healthy option when i went out for lunch with my mum!)
Eat fruit, veggies and protien … i have quorn burgers or other vegeburgers with veg or salad for most dinners but for meat eaters fish and chicken are good.
Also the secret that is green tea! This detoxes your body and helps you loose weight, i have at least one cup a day. Twinnings do a nice one thats flavoured with rasberry and blueberry so it tastes much better than plain green tea.

hi hun i done the british heart foundation diet u can lose upto 10lbs in 3days but you have to eat everything it says and cant add or take away anything.
i lost 6lbs in the 3days when i done it few weeks back and have managed to keep it off, the trainer in my gym gave it to me he said it works on the process of a chemical breakdown.
I found this diet good as it was easy and cheap but i wouldnt recommend doing it for a long period of time.
Also be very carefull girls of doing any drastic diets especially if you’ve not long had your operation as your bodies are still healing and reparing itself, you need all the nutriants you can get, so give your body what it needs.

Day 1 breakfast-black tea or coffee
half a grapfruit
1 slice of toast
small tin of beans
LUNCH- 4OZ of tuna
1 slice of toast
black tea or coffee
Dinner- 2 slices of cold meat
4oz of string beans
1 small apple
4oz of ice cream
Day 2 breakfast- black tea or coffee
half a bannana
1 slice of toast
1 poached egg
Lunch- 4oz of cottage cheese
5 saltine crackers
black tea or coffee
Dinner- 2 slices of cold meat
4oz of broccoli
2oz carrots
half a bannana
4oz of icecream
day 3, breakfat-black tea or coffee
1 slice of chedder cheese
5 saltine crackers
1 small apple
lunch- 1 poached egg
1 slice toast
black tea or coffee
dinner- 4oz of tuna
4oz of beetroot
4oz of cauliflower
1/2 small honeydew melon
40z of ice cream
THIS IS WHAT IT SAYS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DIET SHEET
This proven diet works on a process of a chemical breakdown.
very important not to vary or substitute any foods.
salt and pepper allowed but no other seasonings.
only use for a maximum of 3 days at a time.
In 3 days you should lose 10lbs.
After 3 days you should eat normally for four days but remember not to overdo it.
if you need/wish to continue losing weight you can then repeat it, it is possible to lose upto 40lbs in a month if you stick to it.
girls you have to eat these foods in the correct order of days,.
saltine crackers are either ritz or tuc but i bought tesco own brand they bigger and cheaper plus had less calories than the tuc.
im not a fan of cottage cheese but i bought the half fat asda 1 with garlic and black pepper and it werent to bad.
you can NOT add any spread to your toast with the beans or poached egg this was fine but i found it quite dry with the tuna so if i were you id not drain the brine out completly.
ice cream i got told can be any flavour but just plain icecream, so no ben and jerrys cookie dough (sorry girls)
oh and string beans are green beans (runner) not that i think your all thick but i am i had to ask my trainer what they were lol.
I found this diet good but then ill eat anything, i didnt go hungry and was actually training when i done it, i found it best though to go to the gym 1st thing in the morn have brakfast when i came back bout 10is then spaced the other 2 meals out.
ill be doing it myself after my 6wk post op coz this no training buisness is giving me a fat ass, or maybe thats the 5 bars of chocolate i had yesterday lol.
