I brought a macom bra but the nursers told me it was good enough support from my babies.(they are called franklin and bash ) So i went to debenhams and got a shock absorber one and i got a 36gg. The cup fits fine, but the band is abit uncomfortable, but the nurses told me to check there is a 2 finger space. Which there is.

Can you girls recommend any other comfortable ones? Are Marks and spencers good? xx

hi – i found the macom the best for me, as it didn’t rub my scars, which the others did, but once my scars healed the asda one was the best and i still wear it now at bed time and im 10 weeks post op now. xx

I can honestly say that the tesco medium/high impact is the best for scars whilst they’re uncovered and healing. The marks and Spencer one I found too tight and sits right in the scars, and the asda one is harsh material, tight and just awful on the scars! X

Another vote for the macom here! I had the asda and m&s ones which were both fine but i couldn’t wear for more than a couple of hours as the seams irritated me. The macom is completely all one piece with no seams, and goes down well below your scars so will not irritate :) x
