my appointment at Holborn was cancelled due to my surgeon not being able to come in that day but I found out from my boobie buddy as hers was on same day and cancelled but I receieved no call and when I called the receptionist was argueing with me that im wrong and not booked in (when i have it written down by reception on my 7 day nurse check for my 6 week post op with surgeon)
Anyways after putting down the phone with the useless receptionist at Holborn and calling my patient co ordinator the lovely Nadja Collin at Wimpole Street London mya and she sorted it out and booked me in with my surgeon for a 5 week check up instead of at 6 weeks because I will be abroad for most of next month from end of this month and wouldnt be able to see my surgeon.
Very pleased she sorted this however I have already taken the day of my original appointment as unpaid and have to take unpaid for a few hours today to get to my appointment from Surrey where i work to central london and then back to work.I would have been so annoyed turning up for my appointment and told i dont have one thanks to my boobie buddie gels for warning me.
to cut all this short…I receieved a lovely hand written card from my pc yesterday confirming my appointment today with my surgeon and also apologising ….
CONCLUSION: i made a fuss and my pc made all her effort to turn my fustration around and I thought the card gesture was lovely and it really made me feel happy and that mya are trying to correct their customer service which is a really positive step forward…its the small basics of a card that improve the image of MYA and customer satisfaction.
