Nervous, Excited and New!

Hi Everyone!

Im Stacey and new to the MYA forum. Been thinking of having my boobs enlarged for the past 4 years and finally felt brave enough to make the call after seeing great results from my friends so had my first appointment with my MYA patient co ordinator on wednesday and can honestly say i felt very comftable reassured and found it so informative that i have now booked the date to meet my surgeon Dr Adamo so the 24th of June is my big day but im a little nervous but very excited!!! Has anybody else seen Dr Adamo or had theres done by him??

I had DR Adamo on 19th May and i’m so pleased with the results, a friend of mine used him in February and her boob’s looked fantastic which helped me make my mind up on using him. He is known for really neat minimal scars and uses dissolvable stitches. He is a really lovely man, even the nurses on wednesday said to me that i’d picked a very good surgeon and he was lovely to work with. Some surgeons can be so far up thier own arse it’s untrue, but he’s a genuinely nice person. I have wanted my BA for 12 years and finally decided to do it for my 30 this year! i’m so happy that i’ve done it, I was uneven and needed odd implants but i’m extremely happy with the results. I had 410/460cc overs. I’ve got to go back to have my dressings removed on thursday then to see Dr Adamo in 6 weeks time.

I would definitely recommend him!

Ahh thank you that has made me feel so much better! ive wanted it done for a while, i originally went with another company and had my consultation but they made me feel rushed and that they were just after my money and didnt really care what i wanted! i got diagnosed with polycystic ovaries and endemetriosis last year and one of my main symptoms is my weight fluctuates alot so i have lost so much fullness! did you have yours put through underneath the boobs as ive been told i can have them inserted either through there or through the nipple? its so reassuring knowing that his a highly recommeded surgeon feel so much at ease now thank you so much!

hi stacey, i had mr adamo last year. my boobs were a year old last week! he is fab and i cant say anything but good things about him! they look so natural and my scars are so neat. mr a is also really nice and puts you at ease straight away. you will love him! good luck with everything xxx

Thanks hun…. really excited now about meeting him! im normally a really confident person but when it comes to hospitals and operations i get very nervous especially with being put to sleep! but sounds like ill be in very safe hands!… xxx

loulou80 had mine with mr adamo same day, how is the pain, gosh its quite gruelling, are u still using yor pain killers, any observation from the 19th. pls lets keep in touch on the healin process. thanks.

Hi I’m new to the forum I’m having 525cc’s in september with mr.c in highgate I am so excited, I’m a 32 d at the moment can anyone tell mr if they are simillar and have had the same as I’d love to have a better idea of what size il be?

Hi Klaire looks like theres a few of us newbies on here! Im having mine in October with Mr Adamo at Highgate so youll be done before me so youll have to keep me posted on how yours go!… are you having overs / unders? im a 38d at the mo but i have lost fullness on top so not sure what size to have???

hi! i’ve just had a surgeon consult yesterday and he was so nice and lovely, my patient co-ordinator gave me his CV and i’ve realised he’s been a surgeon (well, i mean when he got his liscense) since i was like one lol and he had done over 1300 operations on just boob job, and i think around 400 people this year.. so i’m sure he’s a very good surgeon, people have been saying all very good things about him! so yeah! good luck! xx

Hi stacey101 I’m having overs as I have enough tissue there so I’m told:-/ I’ve lost my fullness too I think I’m going to be very big from what Im told but I’m more than happy for that , so it depends on the look you want if you just want to be full again you won’t have to go too big prob a 300cc but if you want abit more , like me , go for it , why not, my boobs have been my husbands my childrens now they are going to be for me and in going to go for it!!! So excited!!! Can’t wait!!! Let me know what you decide though sweetiexx

P.s stacey101 if you can have overs the healing is ment to be much easier and alot less pain , up and about sooner etc worth a think if you still have abit of breast tissue you know x

Great to see so many more good comments about Mr Adamo, got him in less than 3 weeks now. Puts my mind at rest so much! :o)
